It's better rather than use it to develop Abuja, Lagos, Kano, kaduna and afterwards they will claim they were not developed by all Nigerians.
NDDC deserve more than the little 13% given to them by the government.
While the north controls 100% of it gold mine.

They can scrap NEDC, it's of no use.
NDDC have come to stay.
SEDC will join NDDC soon.
