College presidents are the equivalent of Vice chancellors. Their role is not typical.

Professors earn a modest paycheck and not much else.

Okonjo Iweala was not paid by the Nigerian government, you can find out and also there are a number of expatriates/repatriates who are under similar schemes till now.

I pray you travel out to see college professors. They are never rich unless they own patents or are actively involved in consultancy of some sort.

Go online and look for short-term contract roles in UK or US and see how much they are advertised for.
