You're right. This is one level of the reality (where govt policies can affect the growth / prosperity rate of a people.)

But there is another level - which is not affected by that 'reality.' And I'm looking at occasions as this :

Imagine having an invention that is going to be sought by multinationals for example. You patent this, and get them dealed out to those multinationals. Your royalties will come to you, and that can't be impeded by the so called governments.

What do u think . . . .

Let's brainstorm on how we can do this without having the effect of the govts of Africa involved to determine if it'll succeed or not .....
