That isn't exactly the aim of the thread. Who do judiciaries report to for checks and balances. Cos without this, I don't see how then there should be the justification to have/make use of judiciary

Not exactly. In Nigeria, executive owns electoral commission, judiciary, and legislatures. Other countries have more respectable separation of powers in government.

So in those other countries, who do their judiciary report to for checks and balances

Now, if people have issues, or need clear judgement, they approach the judiciary, right ?

Now, what if the judiciary is being unjust especially when it is clear for all to see, who would they submit to for checks and balances ?

It'll be a very destructive thing to humanity that somehow, the judiciary is the ultimate to give judgement and has no entity or body of which too they submit to, to make sure things are the way they must be.

It makes no sense then going to court if even if it goes wrong, it can't be held responsible in someway.

Me like this I am not a supporter of Peter Obi, but let assume he had won and he gave me the opportunity to serve my nation under him, would I reject it just because he's not my preferred candidate??

If I am given the opportunity to serve my nation by an opposition (ruling) party I will never decline it cus me declining it is tantamount to doing my nation a great disservice cus I believe I have one or two thing to offer my country no matter under whom I am serving.

Guys I need clarity on this. Now I want to teach the African people how to be talented / creative and innovative.

But I have one concern - competition. If I do this, wouldn't the competition be so stiff (cos I'll be teaching what makes me unique) ?

But I'm so concerned about how Africa is. I want to effect a change with my gift and this gift is one that can't be beaten.

Of natural strength Africa has it, now imagine being innovative like the whites then it's game over for those that hold us down.

They'd want to even bring you to the table cos you have what they need.

So this is the foundation of this light to help.

But I'm concerned about the competition.

Just like a business man can't teach you the real business substance that has made him what he is - he'll only brush the surface.

But that wouldn't yield much result just as it is in our churches where pastor's never teach the members the real thing that'll make them powerful as them (hence there is a perpetually weak congregation that always need their pastor to make things happen )

But if I let this secret out, even in the face of competition the honor will be due me just like Napoleon hill is being honored for that single book Think and Grow Rich as it has made millions of millionaires.

Of which he could have decided to keep that secret to himself and be extraordinarily wealth.

Let me just tell you the hard truth here, if you want to win an election now in Nigeria, if all things remain the same as it is now in 2027, prepare like you are going for war if you are an opposition, because you are not only opposition to the ruling party but to INEC, the sitting government, DSS, police, the military, the ignorant supporters and the judiciary....

The only things that can remove Tinubu in 2027 if the status quo remains the same till then is

1. War and you must win, if you lose, OYO is your case.

2. Coup and you must be successful, if not OYO is your case.

3. Divine intervention, pray for a miracle that will leave the whole world in awe like Moses parted the red sea or Joshua stopped the sun, if this does not work at least you can still prepare for 2031 unlike the first 2 options...

4. Pray for Favour and grace that no matter what Tinubu does it will sha just Favour you to become president or another person other than Tinubu.

For me I just feel anybody coming out in 2027 is just wasting his time except something happens differently whether divine, natural or man made....

I was going to talk on your "if the status quo remains"; as in was going to ask you if you were expecting the status quo to JUST change ?
