when i was single, i had too much pride in myself such that when a girl tells me no or acts in the 'no' way, i immediately back out. there are too many girls around to stress myself chasing one person.

one of the major reasons why some guys persist in chasing a particular girl despite repeated bootings is because their approach was wrong in the first instance and they dont realise it plus the mistaken belief that if you continue to persist then she may change her mind.

i hated giving women that satisfaction. anyway, i guess it was because i was working in a bank then so i really did not have to stress myself much.

i have also observed that guys that work in established companies like banks, oil companies and telecoms do not really stress themselves over women. am i right? the economy is such that women have no choice but to look towards men for their continous upkeep.

i need reactions to what i have just said.

I am very happy with ROSSIKE's posting. I completely agree with him that we should stop moaning and find a way to make our country better by ourselves. however i wish to also point out that it is very difficult to make changes if the people whom you are supposed to look up to and make these changes are doing the opposite.

I remember that in my previous workplace, we operated like a family and behaved based on the attitude and character and personality of our manager who was a very wonderful person. however in my current workplace the opposite is the case because the manager is arrogant, vengeful, untrustworthy and petty and this has rubbed off on a lot of staff who now behave like him.

My point is that our leaders need to give us hope and make us believe that they really want change for the better but that feeling is just not coming through, except maybe here in lagos where i strongly have faith in GOV. FASOLA. God bless him.

anyone asking you to pay 50k before you go for an interview is scamming you. do not allow your desperation for work to make you a victim of these fraudsters.

the company hiring these recruitment companies for the tests and interviews have already paid them upfront so there is no need for you to make any additional payment. be wise.

my brother, because there are others who want the job you have does not mean you should continue to stay in that dead beat job, if you know your friend very well and can vouch for his honesty and thruthfulness then i suggest you look into his proposal, go through it thoroughly and then if it is ok, resign and join him.
