Those of you complaining of rice and garri being acidic, it is well. I take garri and rice comfortably. My main triggers are beans and eggs. Others include but are not limited to; soft drinks, cookies, pineapples, baked & fried snacks (I take this in moderation. Very little and few bites a time.) PS: I take zobo in place of soft drinks, it doesn't react with me at all and I heard it's good for ulcers. And drink lots of water always. I hope this helps. |

Gbagura: True bro. Imagine one of the idiots calling me to ask about someone. I said I don't know that person and they kept insisting I do, that I'm pretending I don't or maybe the person has asked me to keep quiet. Very rude customer care with one harsh Yoruba intonation like that. Stupid people. 8 Likes |

Health / Why Is Psychotherapy So Expensive In Nigeria? by Ruthless1(f): 12:56pm On Mar 24, 2021 |
I guess it's expensive everywhere but I'm bringing it down to Nigeria because of my personal experiences and the fact that I expect these psychologists who know the situation of things over here to be more lenient. Imagine paying 20-25k per session! And you need to pay for like 5-10. How much is somebody earning? It's seriously annoying and even more depressing than the depression that led me to seek help in the first place. Obviously, psychotherapy is for the very rich. |
