It's not Dangote that wanted to go on strike. It was NUPENG and that would have affected Nigeria and "held the nation to ransom". If NUPENG went on with the strike,it wouldn't really affect Dangote,he already has international clients he is serving. Nigerians would have been the ones who will suffer. Unionism is normal but it's also "normal" for a private company to not unionize. It's like the case of federal universities and private universities. ASUU,NASU can't demand that private university workers should join any union.

It's not drama. It's upholding their laws. It's not Poland's business that Nigeria is inhospitable. That's no reason to break their laws. Because of what the EU is allowing and the situation in Germany, Poland has zero tolerance for things like this. It's unfortunate but this is the way it is.

This $15K Rolex model is not an investment. If you own it and sell it after 5 years,you can't sell it for $15k. You'll sell it for less. The Rolex models that one can hold as an investment are the vintage models that were made decades ago. They hold high value because of their rarity. Someone who owns a vintage Rolex can demand a higher value,not this one($15k)

"Agbakoba noted the absence of a strong opposition in the country, saying many politicians are more interested in grabbing power than in nation-building". For those who say that we should copy China, it's the same power grabbing politicians that will stay and stay in power and not want to leave. Not "it's like". Yam is now for the elite class. I remember in the past when we used to have foodtech bread,eggs and oats for breakfast. Nigerian economy started getting bad and my mom said we will have to start eating yam as breakfast sometimes. See the yam now, 😂

The US is China's single country largest market. If they were not desperate and the trade war was not really affecting them,they wouldn't have started negotiations with the US.
