Soon to be Ex-President Joe Biden will have a tarnished legacy too as the one who provided the bombs that Israel used for committing the genocide in Gaza.

Both Biden and Trump used the whole of last year to tell PM Netanyahu to finish off Hamas.

Their "finish the job" counsel eventually ended in a face saving cease-fire that will force Israel to withdraw from Gaza while Gaza administration remains in the hands of Hamas. So what's the point of the war?

This is a great lesson that pride goeth before a disgrace. Tiny Hamas fought a direct face to face war with Israel and US for 15 months and was not defeated militarily. Smh.

History will also remember Iran for sacrificing the lives of men, women and children because they want to establish their Persian empire. It's only evil cowards that will launch a war from hospitals and residential areas. It can only be despicable men that will do such. Bring destruction to 3 places(Lebanon, Gaza and Yemen) all because you want to fight Israel, while you chill in your country. Iran calls Netanyahu all sorts of names,to denote that he is evil but forget that they are as evil as him. You fund Hamas to attack Israel and when Gaza is crying,you cry crocodile tears with them. I believe Netanyahu would have silently nursed the idea of decimating Iran's proxies and this war presented an opportunity but you said he didn't achieve his objective? Keep telling yourself that.

You can't call Israel names and see Iran or Hamas as saints or freedom fighters. Freedom fighters won't hide, set up their heavy artillery equipment in hospitals or residential areas. Even if you see nothing in raping and slaughtering of the women and babies of your enemies,at least consider the people whose freedom you are fighting for. These people are evil. Let's not go into what Hamas has been doing with all the USAID donations and funds given to Gaza....

Anything "toxic men,white supremacy" and then election comes and you want the same white people you have demonized to vote for you? You must be joking. Even when Obama wanted to emotionally blackmail black men into voting for Harris,they turned against him. So the Dems had no chance from the beginning. If Harris was humble enough to admit her govts failures and said she would do something different (the media actually asked her if she would have done something different and she said "nothing comes to mind" wink

Nigerian Army’s Injustice against Ruth Ogunleye

Another indication that female soldiers will likely not get justice when they accuse senior officers of sexual abuse emerged last week when the Nigerian Army disclosed that it had discharged Private Ruth Ogunleye, who accused a senior officer, Colonel I.B Abdulkareem, of sexual harassment.

The Army specifically said the female soldier was eased out of the service on medical grounds after the conclusion of its probe.

Recall that Ogunleye had in January on her TikTok page via @Ogunleyeruthsavage1, accused Col. IB Abdulkareem, Col. G.S Ogor, and Brig. Gen. I.B Solebo, of making her life unbearable and confining her in a psychiatric hospital for several months because she turned down Abdulkareem’s sexual advances.

Giving an update, the army spokesman, Major-General Onyema Nwachukwu, explained that the senior officer did not commit the offence levelled against him by Ogunleye.

But the discharged female soldier has faulted the investigation, claiming that she was never invited to face any investigative panel or testify before any military panel to prove her sanity.

Her reactions showed that there was lack of fairness in the investigation.

A similar case was that of Beauty Uzezi, a 19-year-old Airwoman from Bayelsa State who was frustrated out of the Nigerian Air Force (NAF) on the same medical grounds, for alleging that she was drugged, tortured and raped by an officer, who was her former instructor.

Though a human rights activist and Senior Advocate of Nigeria (SAN), Mr. Femi Falana secured a $200,000 judgment for her through the ECOWAS Court, the accused officer was never sanctioned.

Another female soldier, Lance Corporal Philomena Nnamoko, attached to Ilese Sappers Barracks, Division 2, Ogun State, had also alleged that her senior colleagues beat her up and sent her to the Yaba Psychiatric Hospital on account of her refusal to give in to their sexual advances.

She had also accused the army of refusing to grant her request for a voluntary discharge as at January 2024.

All these cases give the impression that the military authorities hang the allegation of having medical issues on the neck of female soldiers who allege sexual harassment against officers.

President Bola Tinubu should stop this perceived act of injustice by disallowing the military from investigating itself on cases of sexual harassment involving its officers.

Since the military hands over soldiers involved in armed robbery and other criminal offences to the police, they should stop shielding their senior officers facing allegations of sexual harassment, and hand them over to the police for investigation.

Western media is the medium that will readily show videos of Iranian missiles hitting their targets. Most of them are pro UN,Iran. CNN,MSNBC and co have been anti-Netanyahu. They have not qualms showing his losses. You will have to search for your "authentic" news really hard.

Pathetic. He has no self respect. It's okay to be respectful and loyal to your "boss" but you should also have some self dignity. Those guys with Davido can never respect him. He wants jobs being outsourced to foreign countries back to the US so small towns can be productive again.
He wants America to be secure by regulating immigration and outlawing open borders
He wants America to the less involved in needless wars that's why he wanted NATO to pay for US protection: NATO members paying levies will make them careful about promoting conflicts. Trump also wants America to be energy independent.
To an extent, Trump's Pan-American stance can be Africa's gain in the sense that liberal agenda won't be forced down Africa's throat. The fossil fuel use they want to stop is what Africa has for now to power their industries and develop. The West has the economic advantage in terms of renewables and Africa will end up paying dearly for it. We need to chart our own course. We might not be able to do that under a Western power that has an energy agenda that is not favorable to Africa. Unless they will leave Africa out of all their shenanigans the way they don't disturb China.

Few years ago when many Nigeria's embraced the use of LPG for cooking, the price stable at 250naira per kg but what do we have now?

I'm not disputing that bedbugs can't be gotten in an Uber. But the chances in a danfo are higher because of the proximity between commuters in a bus. And Uber guys tend to care for their cars much more than danfo drivers.
