This little Eagle 🦅 fell from high mask some weeks ago, I decided to nurture it, it's extremely stubborn and violent, it eat only raw fresh meat or freshly killed lizard.

This morning I decided to bath it , it was calm and feeling cold and after sunlight exposure, it's resume it violent behavior again.

What i do with it, should I release it or keep nurturing it, I heard it has some medicinal value, or what is the economic value of this little Eagle?.

This is not an eagle. This is a peregrine falcon.

There's no cost for registration. You will just pay the passport fee of 100k for a 32 page passport(5 years) or 200k for a 64 page passport(10 years).

You're misunderstanding the issue. The funding cut has to do with the charities that cater to migrant children and many of these children are kids of illegal immigrants. The US govt is implementing their laws and the laws seem to be at loggerheads with the Miami diocese charity initiative. It's not a Trump Vs the Catholic church fight. I believe the US govt and the US bishops have to come to a common ground. As much as charity is a good course,if it appears to be against a country's laws,the govt of that country has every right to raise objections.

one nuclear bomb is enough to do serious damage. Its not by the numbers you have. In a nuclear war. Less than 10 of those things can be used before each combatant is destroyed

The numbers you have is serious factor. If a country has 5 nuclear warheads and chooses to launch one at a country with 20+ ,the country better hope for it's own existential sake that it is totally destroying the counterstrike capability of the country with 20. It's like the UK launching a nuclear missile against Russia. The UK can do serious damage but it will be much worse for Britain if Russia retaliates. Another factor is strategic capability to retaliate in the event of a nuclear war.

A stronger deterrent than the number of nuclear warheads the US possess? What reason does US have for attacking N.Korea? None. Speaking of deterrent, N.korea has 30 nuclear warheads which is scary given that fact that they are close to US allies but against the US, it's a different situation. The US has over 5000 nuclear warheads,second to only Russia. It's like saying the UK's 280 nuclear warheads is a deterrent against Russia. Not in the slightest chance...
