Bros, no kuku bother yourself going to that mechanic. Go to another mechanic, and tell him to take you to where they sell tokunbo CAMRY engines, and he should bargain the price of Throttle body aka injector mouth with the engine seller, the mechanic should remove your own throttle body aka injector mouth and install the newly bought throttle body and test it right there. If the symptom ceases, you're good to go, of it doesn't, keep changing till you get the working type. He should open the Idle Air Control valve for any foam, cloth or polyethene blockage, if he finds any blockage, he shouldn't buy it.

Don't let mechanic to open your IAC valve and put foam, polyethene or cloth to block the valve.
During the weekend, I had cause to replace the IAC valve in a car.
