58.COCKATRICE

The cockatrice was a creature born from the egg of a rooster and hatched by a serpent. Sometimes compared to a basilisk, it had a dragon-like body and a rooster's head, and was said to be able to turn people, animals, and plants to stone just by looking at them or even breathing on them. The creature is considered highly venomous and If you were in cockatrice-infested parts, your only hope of survival was to bring a weasel or a rooster with you — allegedly, the weasel was immune to the cockatrice's powers, and the crow of a rooster would kill one instantly.

16. DID YOU KNOW?!
The HAP-2 turken breed is an improved breed of chicken bred from the original Romanian Translyvania chicken known to be well adapted to harsh conditions, they are capable of withstanding a high level of heat and they are good source of meat and produce eggs all year round. The HAP-2 TURKEN breed happens is available in two strains
The broiler strain and the layer strain;
The broiler strain was derived by crossing the Transylvania chicken with broiler chickens resulting in a much more bigger strain of birds in terms of meat and bigger eggs slightly bigger than that of a duck/turkey.
The layer strain was derived by crossing the red/brown Transylvania with black and brown-sttiped arco layers.The resulting offsprings produce more eggs (in terms of quantity and size) compared to the parent stock although the size of the eggs cannot be compared to that of the broiler strain.
The breed’s growth rate is as fast as the broilers and they grow twice as much in size.

Hey guys, I'm sorry I haven't updated this thread for some time now, man has been really busy. Zeus is currently 7 and half months now but as you can see in the pictures below, he is not the tallest or biggest 7 months old German Shepherd out there but, I don't really care anymore, I just want him to be healthy and be a great dog. He now understand that this life is not always about play and has completely shifted to protection work and I really love that about him

Here are some pictures I took this morning on our short walk in the neighborhood.
