It is good advise to have the child checked out mainly to exclude a bleeding disorder or an abnormal swelling in the nose causing the bleed, but I would not worry as the vast majority of nose bleeds are harmless especially in children. Meanwhile, try applying any soft vaseline up the nostrils(no need to go too deep) twice daily for a few months. Good luck with it. |

I think that teacher needs some explaining doing. There is no fact whatsoever in those claims. Endometrial (not ovarian) cancer may develop in the nulliparous OLDER woman, but has nothing to do with degree of sexual activity. The ills of unduely early and/or indiscriminate vaginal sexual activity in women far outweighs and perceived benefit thereof. I want to believe the younger women/girls on this forum are not particularly gullible! I am happy to offer proper advice to any genuinely concerned persons here. |
