How? How would the court know the bank have paid you to be able to get the 8%? Or the court will order the bank to pay 8% of it to them as the funds is being retrieved?

Pls I just find myself in this same situation,I did the court order took it to my bank, I was even told that there was fund in the receiver's account prior to the court order because I went to his bank, but I was contacted yesterday by my bank that they got a response from the receiver's bank that there's no fund but when his account is funded a reversal will be made...pls can I mail you for more information on how to get it back, the Money is much, and I already paid 8% court order, i was thinking wat if the person refuses to fund the Acct, or stops using the account.
