@mumihaja,to an extent, what we take into our body matters a lot, but we can't deny ourselves some "foody pleasures"...one of my inlaw's drink cocacola(orobo size) everyday,she's already an addict,she love sweet things die, but if you see the "two both " of her sons ehn,very strong healthy fine boiz... Though I agree with you on sugars exacerbating some symptoms... @Wonyi, i dey suspect dis ya red lipsy kisses oooo...oya talk to me... @imoge, i will suggest u do the HSG before taking the serrapeptase, so you can tell if the serrapeptase worked or not at the end of the treatment... @venus,u wan turn NEPA oga madam abi? Alhaji Balarabe Musa,if the president wants to probe "only" the Jonathan administration, let him do so...when President Buhari's tenure is over,the next president should probe President buhari's too... What is in accordance and morality of Nigeria's law? Ignoring looters? Protecting the people stealing from the masses? Niagarafall,heheeheee,i tell you....sometimes I think all this "take this" "don't take this" is all psychological....i know some people wey smoke pass chimney, wey drink alcohol pass anything,women for that mara ooo,yet na every day them dey carry belle,if them husband just touch them for body,or even just smile at them,them don carry belle.... I go come dey wonder, me wey no gree chop some kain food again,i no chop sugar,i dont drink alcohol,i dey fear chop chocolate,ice cream and all sorts,yet my period pain na die,and I never still smell belle not to talk of carry,why I go come dey suffer like this?... Somebody once told me,it's all in your head, ... E go better for us all,this belle,we sef go carry as long as God is still up there,and this year will not pass us by,insha Allah..Amin... Babes,enjoy yasefs. Don't drink alcohol sha(mine is for religious reasons majorly),..Don't smoke(health reasons)... .Eat anything you want (in moderation),...Drink plenty water,...Take your regular folic acid (don't overdo all these supplements),... Pray hard(wake up at night too,even if it's for 10 minutes),...Try to relax and free your mind always(Life is never too serious),...Exercise regularly(but if u thin like me,don't overdo it ooo),...Invest in sexy lingeries(oozing out sexy sexy at home is a MUST for dh),.... Babes let's stop pitying ourselves,our miracle is here...Amen... Alwaystrue,invite me to come chop for your house na... Weldone to our C.I.D mamas,thanks for watching out for others as you openly state your observations, it only shows how observant and caring you may be..without people like u,some of these Scammers for don build house,not just any house ooo,glass house ontop the desperation of some of us here,abeg don't be tired of watching out for us... .I will advice mamas it's not all drugs/supplements/herbs that are good for ya bori. Whats good for Cynthia may not be good for Eva.so be careful how you ingest things into ya bori. I was surfing the net sometime ago,when I stumbled on a fertility doctor(cant remember his name, but I know he's oyinbo sha),he said what many women don't know is that these fertility supplements have not been fully evaluated to conclude that they actually do have the effect they claim...and because of the desperations of many TTC women, these companies feed fat on this women and tell them what they want to hear. According to him,our diet plays a very major role,and the supplements a very minor role,the only drug he advised was folic acid,while we can get unadulterated nourishment from our meals... @Godmercy2015, please tell that your friend say "no be by obodo oyinbo, ivf dey dey successful "....there's an adage that says"wetin dey for sokoto,e dey for shokoto"... Some hospitals here in naija are up to the same task as "the abroad" hospitals... the only difference is their customer relationship,which some naija hospitals lack...i know some people who af travelled to "the abroad" to receive same fertility treatment,but ended up BFN,while their treatment buddy's that remained back here have their BFP now. If you visit some oyinbo blogs,you will see many of their own patients also complain of BFN from their hospitals.. So babes,tell the couple to purge themselves of that mentality that oyinbo own na hin better pass...We have had good reviews from some fertility hospitals here in naija,Georges,olive branch,Fertilaid.... But if they insist it must be the abroad, tell them to try Turkey,i heard they are good too.....All the best... 2 Likes |

Ayaayo.... 10 things I wee do when I test and I BELLEFULL... (1)... i will definitely fall on my knees and scream Allahu Akbar to the top of my voice(i just pray area people no go think say na boko haram things sha )(2)...I'm sure I won't let my dh know I'm testing,so I will quietly put the test result either in his wallet or suit pocket,let him find out,and guess what? I will not give my real name at the lab,so imagine MR ClassicMan seeing the pregnancy result of a supposed MrsBently in his pocket(trust me to make an African Magic drama out of it  ).(3)...when dh finally finds out, we will share memories of all the ttc period... (4)...i wee start sewing my sesky maternity ankara gowns.. (5)...i will try not to vex my oga at the top with my cravings,but I must get what I want, whenever I want,however I want it...shikena.. (6)...i will make sure I have an album of my preggy season (7)...if morning sickness and other kinda discomforts no hook me,i wee like to go on a vacation, preferably Gambia.(New york or Paris go too cost,i gats save for babies goodies).. (  ...i will make sure dh tells me I'm beautiful at least Twice a day.. (9)...i will make sure dh follows me for every antenatal visit... congrats glo27,glad you are progressing in your treatment, may God crown it all with a beautiful bfp...amin... @marcjane,be patient,God will bless you with the one what will stay...as for the period that comes every two weeks,are u on any kinda drug?,i once experienced such when I was on provera,the every 5-14 days period interval almost made me run mad,but it was a herb from someone that stopped the whole thing...it wasn't a branded herb ooo,its was a leaf... Maybe you should try the Trads method,from a trusted somebori oooo...All the best babes... At all,i stand at attention dey hail ooo...may this week bring forth plenty goodies...Amin... 1 Like |
