If I found a nice domain on “expired domain dot net” and purchase it, please does it mean it has been automatically registered and suitable for listing on Afternic or Dan?

OR, I need to take the purchased domains to a registrar ( Like dotster, Godaddy, Namesilo and co) to register them before listing for sale?

If you find a good domain on ED, head to your referred registrar (namesilo, dan, godaddy etc) to register the domain. Afterwards list on different marketplace.

Is it that after picking an expired domain name on ED, or buying a name, I will register the name on Namesilo or other registrar to claim ownership of the name, then go ahead to list on marketplaces like Dan, Namejet, Afternic, Porkbun, etc. And after registering the name with a registrar, I have to go and search on whois to confirm right?
