experienced farmers in the house pls help me, this is my second season in the fish biz. i had a very bad experience in the 1st set, i stock 800 juvenile and more than half died before havest... maybe due to lack of experience. now am in my second set and am still recordin mortality; like 1 to 2 per day since 4 days ago, pls what should i do

I stocked my pond with juveline on thursday 13-12-2012 and as i'm writing this message more than 50 has died. some were killed by others while some died and float. what i noticed was that they were not eating as expected and they do gasp/float orizontal in the water.
please what is the problem with them and what should i do
