hello, if I get u correctly, u mean u don't know how to drain water from ur reservoir pond, well get an experienced plumber he will do it for u. As for the number of fishes u intend stock, 1500 cat is too much for ur size of pond 10ft by 6ft should not take more than 300 fishes till harvest for a better results.

Fish vomiting while eating is a bit new to me, I know fish tend 2 vomit wen one changes ther water immediately after feeding them, and as for the pollution of water, overfeeding can be responsible, nt well formulated feed can be responsible.
