surgery is done on the groin not balls. You use anaestatia to mask pain. within 1 week you are fine. But they removed my stitchesafter 2 weeks cos of my low pain threshold as a result of past habbit like cannabis and alcohol use. I started having sex 1 and half weeks after surgery with the stitches. Just do it and you won't regret it. it's the best solution to varicoceles. After surgery my balls even hurt more but gradually it stopped finally. No complication. Sex is even sweeter now. My wife self dey trip. If I naked you would never know I did surgery execpt I tell you. no scar. I

Good Evening all, I have been married for 5 years now and I have never been pregnant, my husband suggested ivf. After seeing a doctor in a general hospital, he advise we do hormonal profile, scan, SFA, vaginal swab. The result are all out . please kindly interpret them for me.

Do we have any chance on the SFA. Is there any drugs that can boost the count. He has used addyzoa and proviron in the past but still same. Kindly help a sister in need. May grant our heart desires.

@Moradeyo I think he should also do a Scrotal Doppler scan to rule out Varicocele cus that also something that could cause low sperm count as well as he should see an Urologist.

pls don't be like us that wasted money on quack doctors, visit a urologist so u can be properly diagnosed,there are 2 important investigation ie doppler scan and hormonal profile, once the underlying pathology is determined u will be treated,,ours is varicocele, and was recently discovered, yours may b a minor issue

Please were you able to treat varicocele without surgery? DH was just diagnosed of bilateral grade 4 varicocele
