I do not know of any Samsung ROM already ported for Tecno P5 but I can sure port one for you but the issue, I don't have Tecno P5 to work with.

If you only wish to see your Tecno P5 in different ways and feel different, you may simply download and flash any other stable custom ROM for it.

Hello house! na so i restart my tecno p5 and d nxt tin it displayed was encryption interrupted. i tried doing d restore factory(wiping all d data) by using d power button and volume up. i den restart d phone again and it ll hang at d tecno logo.

i didnt install any app lately.
it's been rooted like a yr ago.

Download the Stock ROM for the phone flash it using SP Flash. Do that as soon as you can.

Download and install Kingroot on the phone. Lunch Kingroot and follow the instructions there in to root the phone.

sooner or later, the issue with still re-occur. You should partition the SD Card and route your installed apps to the partitioned space using App2SDcard or other applications alike from Play Store. By so doing, which ever apps you install would be installed on your SD card rather than your phone memory.

That's an hardware issue. Give the phone a competent engineer that can replace the camera for you.

it to his device, but he says his device is not detected.
He has the stock ROM,
He wants to flash it but SP tool is not recognising it.

There is no way SP Flash won't recognise an MTK android connected to a PC except that;
1- USB Cable is not supported by the phone.
2- USB VCOM drivers are not properly installed on the PC.
3- A Malware is interfering the connection between the PC and the Phone.

SOLUTION

Since he has the Stock ROM, let him re-install USB VCOM driver on the PC and then, re-flash the phone following the proper procedure.

NOTE:
Some MTK Androids like Gionee and LG have specific driver for some variants, I would like to know the phone model so I can give the precise driver and instructions for it.

Download MIUI ROM for Tecno F7 here: Tecno f7 MIUI ROM.
Note: I have uploaded it on Mega Cloud, therefore, you need to have Mega installed on your androids device to be able to download it or, download it on your PC.
I have used the ROM to curb such cases. Just remember to wipe system before you flash the ROM.

What's the android version of your phone?
If you can still access android on the phone, enable USB Debugging and connect to your PC with MTK Droid Tools opened, screenshot the details about the phone that's displayed MTK Droid Tools and attach it here.

That would help me troubleshoot the issue and give you precise solution.

Download Camera360 from Play Store and use it on the tab. If it writes "Can't connect to camera" you may try flash the tab but your most formidable solution is to replace the camera.

Meanwhile, before you proceed flashing the phone, what kind of malfunction have you noticed on the phone?
It might be a minor issue.
