That is enough a proof that the phone is a china phone. It is a cloned china htc phone.

NVRAMbacked up with MTKDroid Tools won't work for it if they are not the similar phone from the same brand.

There is only one solution to such problem and it has to be done using an SD Card.

That will help you reset Google Playstore and position it for downloading.

That's serious! If it does not show red light (charging indicator), there maybe very little that could be done to help bring the phone back to life.

Some should pls help with my doogee 310, i received OTA update like 2wks ago and the download completed only for the phone not able to boot up thereafter. Have taken it to an expert and only to be told by software repairer that is a hardware issue and vice versa.

There are only 2 possible causes of this and ONLY 2 possible solutions:

1- One of the key combinations that takes the phone to the recovery mode might be pressed and held.

SOLUTION:
Loose the phone to properly place the keys.

2- The OS on the phone may have been wiped off meaning no android OS on the phone again.

SOLUTION:
Redownload the ROM for the phone and flash it via recovery.

am not a boss though, but you need a pc + usb cable+ root software installed. Iroot, mtkdroid. Jst search and download.

Iroot will be easier. After downloading and installing, enable usb debugging in your phone, connect the cable to your pc, if everything is normal your device name will be diplayed, then you will want to click ROOT.

It will display that your mobile has root access. To clear all doubt, check with root checker.

Are you refering to BlackBerry Q5? Or, Tecno? Anyways, a complete flashing of the phone with another ROM is your solution.

Xender uses WiFi Hotspot in transferring files. You need to confirm that your WiFi hotspot is working fine, first. As for the bluetooth, is it set to "Visible to all nearby device"?

This might be related to the touchpad otherwise, factory resetting the phone is a good idea.

Your best option is to disable the background data on the phone.
