Yes NYSC has no business with result approval et al...but the DSA does! Though it is not an independent act of the DSA!

As someone rightfully said, every mobilization list is supposed to be accompanied by an approval lettter!...but it is not compulsory.
In our case, the VC's signature was on the list that my department sent to the DSA...and it was accepted and sent to Abuja (even before our results were approved)!

But the check is that...even if you get your callUp number, you cant still go for service without your result.

ITS VERY POSIBLE O....cos thats what my own dept did in DELSU...it was the morning before camp opened that our results were ready...we had serious approval issues; but the school sent all names (except the unregularized peeps) prior to the approval of our results
