Saintee2009:You guys should pls help with a contact biko... |
Good morning good people... please who has a very strong link in Unilag exams and records office. I want to apply for fiancee's transcript & Statement of Result and want the process to be smooth and fast to reach ICES via email as soon as possible. Thank you guys. |
Avidreader748:how much is Neco? |
Please who has a contact at Obafemi Awolowo University (OAU) exams and records office... ICES just mailed me that they've contacted them and I'll need them to respond before they can complete my ECA. Since Jan 17th o that I've been on this ECA journey |
magd:I just want to start both processing for bae... I'm curious about the fee. I hope I won't have to pay two courier fees for both transcript and statement of result? Will they be sent together as one package? Thanks. I'll also appreciate any good links that can speed up the transcript process in Unilag |
Scandinavian02:Can you please put me through on how you went about it? My fiancee just concluded her MSc in Unilag... The convocation is this Thursday. Please like how soon after convocation can the certificate be ready? Can the transcript process begin immediately after the convocation? I need correct links to start the process. I was waiting for us to get married first but I've decided to get her International Passport to enable me begin her ECA as she's going to be the PA. |
Debsify:Hello.. please I need you to clarify some things... "Documents received and being checked by ICES" Was this on ICES dashboard? They already confirmed receiving my transcript from my institution and status changed to "Application received" but now I'm confused about this one you talked about. |
Majesticniyi:Congratulations brother from another mother. Its been a long time coming. |
Zinggi:Thanks I really appreciate. already tried messaging the whatsapp number. it hasn't delivered for the past 3days. Email is the way forward then |
Congrats to all PPR clinchers. You guys don't know how your stories serves as motivation for prospective runaways like myself... I always make sure I read this thread daily to keep myself abreast of happenings around. Please how can I track my transcript order from ETX-Ng in OAU? Payment already confirmed by them 3 days ago. |
DAMN... Congratulations to all ITA clinchers.
Christmas really came early |
Homguy:Thank you very much sir for this input. Really appreciate. The approval would be from Senate right? |
venorite:They almost have the same structure but you'll still go back to ieltsadvantage.. I can bet you on this. He made Task 1 looked like nursery rhymes.. I mean, I can literally write any task one follow ieltsadvantage. Also, he made task 2 as simple as possible... I love the part where you can make up any examples to support your main point... "In 2014, a survey published by Nairaland Magazine in Nigeria, stated that of the 100 candidates that wrote IELTS using BC, only 25% scored an average of 6.5 blah blah blah" Just few difference between Jay and Chris ielts advantage. I can't wait to download all I've read and mastered to Bae to bring her up to speed biko. Google drive link to Jays writing videos.. You'll need data sha https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1rYqCn_4N9qxKDKnTWitvd0nMKfm8Lg0D?usp=sharing |
venorite:yes they're two different people... and i think they are both amazing in laying things down especially writing. |
joo2018:Thank you sir. I think its better to do it once and for all then... Because even if WES delays me and all things being equal for spouse who will be the PA... with 8777 IELTS, MSc. ECA, she would get CRS 445 and can continue to swim in the pool which is still a good score. |
Uchihasasuke19:I think I didn't state things clear enough. Let me buttress my points further. I only have Bsc and 3yrs Working experience... If I apply as single and must max out on IELTS, then I'll arrive at 441... which isn't strong enough. If I apply as married and she joins her BSc. ECA and max out IELTS.. then we end up in 445!! But as things are presently... she's in the best position to be the PA and the advantage will only be after the Msc. has been concluded and she only need 8777 in IELTS whether applying as single or Married because of the MSc. advantage. Let's forget about the maiden name of passport part for now... Waiting for The MSc. is the best way out. I'm keeping tabs on the draw though.. and even if CRS skyrockets... with her MSc... 3yrs working experience and 8777 IELTS... there's hope. She'll either apply as single or I boost the score with my own ECA and IELTS (I would have to write IELTS) then.... which can still give us at least 465+ CRS score. So I've done my assignments and checked out all scenarios using the CRS tool.... Thanks for the response sir. |
joo2018:Thanks for your response.. To be candid, I've read more than enough and have structured a plan I think is fair enough. I am in a regulated NOC (Civil Engineering to be precise) and I'm still trying to avoid WES even though I'm sure they're the one responsible for APEGA. I don't want anything that would delay by the time I am ready to fire on. ICES is on the card though I know its WES I need. About the modifying.. I understand perfectly well going through the single routine but this was a decision made by the two of us since getting married would also bring the required scores for ITA going by the current trends of 445-449. More so, she would love to acquire her passport once and for all in my name. She would definitely use ICES for her ECA by the time she's done with her masters in Unilag (currently done with final exams, project submitted... ASUU) delaying the conclusion part. I would also like to ask this question... How soon after final project defense would transcript and probably statement of result can be ready to start ECA process? Unilag is the school. |
Good day guys... I would like to ask a question to clarify some things... I haven't started the process yet because the PA is going to be bae... and ASUU delaying the conclusion of the programme. Now to my question... if she applies single, she'll definitely be in the 470+ range.. but we've decided to go the married way which will eventually bring the CRS to around 445. I am planning on doing ECA to give extra 8 points... But I was thinking writing IELTS instead would add more points like 16+ points. The main question is this... Will ECA be needed in Cannie land when applying for jobs? Or my certificates would be enough? |
magnificientzaz:please what should I fill in attention and postal code boxes? I am choosing electronic delivery also... Plus what was the experience like? Mine is Faculty of Tech, Dept of Civil Engineering |
EyesondPrize:I actually send someone to exams and records and was told its now strictly online... will the contact help with the follow up or what exactly? |
Anybody here ever used ICES with etx-ng?
OAU is strictly online and etx-ng is the only medium.
Having problems filling the recipient page on etx-ng |
Congratulations guys. Still a silent reader gathering Intel to power up my arsenal. The cannyland PR war is pretty soon. |
front camera not working on hot s3... started from "can't connect to camera error" and now not connecting to front camera at all |
@osemigho I've been reading your posts for the past 5hours. Lol! Had to take a break on page 16. Yes, I'm new and still reading and gathering all necessary information before I plan my next move forward. I'm getting used to some of the abbreviations too. I greet you all perfectly well o. Basic information... 27yrs old, Single. Civil Engineering, 2013 3.5/5.0 (Last 2yrs should be more than 3.5) Thoughts anyone? I'm reading both the student visa and EE thread. |
please shed more light on this job position. I got an interview invite slated for tomorrow at odeda, ogun state as regards something related to this... What's the job title? Is it a permanent or temporary position? what are the requirements and documents needed? If coming from Ibadan, how far (how many hrs journey) is Odeda... and also an idea of cost of transportation. Please reply this mention as I need to make a decision before morning. Thank you. |
snnaija:This is the funniest quote I've seen so far. I couldn't stop laughing. 196,000 to feed 5000 fishes? LMAO. The real judgement day is on the harvest day!! Rearing fish is not by numbers, it's by KG. What you give you get. 196K can't even feed 1000 fishes to table size except you're very experienced with formulating local feeds yourself. Don't rear what you can't feed. If it's only 300 fishes you can get to 1kg, pls rear that. Don't go and rear 2000 fishes only to meet 300KG on harvest day after so much hard labour |
Hey guys, I'm curious to know what happened on the said screening day. Did anyone here made an attempt to at least check out the venue? I just got same mail too... and this thread has been an eye opener. |
unable to log in. BVN validation ongoing. how do i get pass this? |
Hello everybody please what causes fishes to stand upright in water? They don't look active too. Always idle on water. Not responding well to feeding also. When this first started, i treated with salt. Also used antibiotics (tetracycline, chloraphenicol, vit c, proclein powder etc) Its an earthen pond. The fishes have given me too much wahala already |
