ebukal67x: E don clear say na 2026 we go really begin to enjoy the good life.
My mind tells me Tinubu, if he continues in his reform, Nigeria may experience an unprecedented boom 💥 that we have never seen in Nigeria in a long time.
Akinpedia: You say even the educated follow them? There is a difference between Schooling and Education. Many Nigerians are schooled (they have degrees) but they aren't educated enough to question illogical dogmas. When fear enters the heart, 'schooling' flies out the window. That is why a Professor will still carry a bottle of 'holy oil' to fix a car engine.
PDP should collapse their structure to ADC and leave the party for Wike pending when Wike will take the ADC again to court and they will abandoned ADC again and form BDC until we finally make mockery of democracy. Then the military will wake up one day. Then we all begin afresh. The circle 🔵 goes on and on.
dawnomike: I trust our Naija brethren never to take such offer...
The money is too small. That is about N4.5 million naira. Most Nigerians living illegally in the US may likely not accept it due to greed but if I were them I would have taken it and start up a small business with the money
BeardedMeat: In the north, I'm sure getting kidnapped will be now seen as a thing to brag about. I have been kidnapped 5 times so I'm not your mate says one..
Another says, see you.. when I was kidnapped I spent 4 months in captivity. How many days did you spend and you are bragging?
How I wish LPG fight too will occur like this so I can fill my gas for N679 per Kg é for sweet die!! Then later if the fight continues it then reduce to N400 per Kg then further down again!!! Lol!
The President of the Nigerian Bar Association, NBA, Afam Osigwe, says the rift between Aliko Dangote and the recently resigned Managing Director of the Nigerian Midstream and Downstream Petroleum Regulatory Authority (NMDPRA), Farouk Ahmed, was becoming embarrassing for public officers and the government.
Ahmed tendered his resignation on Wednesday evening, barely 24 hours after allegations of corruption were leveled against him by Dangote.
“I don’t know the facts, and I just saw the breaking news on your screen. It would be unfair for me to take sides with any of the parties, but sometimes the perception of corruption may be weightier than the actual proof of corruption.
“And it would be unfair to condemn him, but I can say that the matter is becoming publicly embarrassing for public officers and for the government, and I think the government is being decisive in accepting their resignation.
“I mean the breaking news has always said that they resigned. So I would like to say that, look, you’re heating up the system. Your continuous actions are making things difficult and attracting negative attention.
“I’m not privy to the meeting, but I also think you know so. And then with the ICPC indicating that they would investigate the allegation, I think the President was being decisive. Whether they were encouraged to resign or willingly resigned remains to be seen.
“But let it also not be that these allegations were used to get rid of a person and then nothing more happens. Let there be a proper investigation so that the man either clears his name or it is proven that he was actually corrupt or guilty of the allegation,” he said.
In a sane country that is what suppose to be, investigate, if found guilty, should be jailed. But am not if such a thing will happen in Nigeria. The other day another government agency was protecting against what Dangote did saying it will scare away foreign investors.
This is not about" sweet some people" things bro if you do the wrong thing and you know it, it's was morally right for you to resign more especially when you are a Public Servant. It's only in this part of the world where a political office holder will steal money meant forthe people and pay people to prove his inocense.
trutharena: All heads of regulatory agencies and parastatals are resigning. E don they sweet some people.
They are Young Super-Talented Players who we thought would win Ballon'dor and World cups But they never lived up to Expectations.
WHICH YOUNG FOOTBALL STARS DISAPPOINTED YOU THE MOST?🤔
Mine is Pablo Aimar: The young midfielder off Valencia fc was too good But I do not know what happened with him.
In Nigeria, There was a Striker in our FIFA 2001 Under-17 World Cup. He was better than Yakubu Aiyegbeni and Victor Agali then But suddenly,he disappeared.
What's yours?
1. Sinama Pongolle
2. Macauley Chrisantus

And finally one small size winger in 1998 World Cup. I think his name was Opabunmi, that guy was promising in that World Cup with chief as the coach.
treesun: Human rights lawyer Femi Falana (SAN) has addressed widespread misinterpretations of the Supreme Court’s recent ruling on state of emergency powers.
While the apex court affirmed the President’s constitutional authority under Section 305 to declare a state of emergency, Falana stressed that the court did not approve the suspension or dissolution of elected state executives or legislatures.
Falana explained that the case, Attorney-General of Adamawa State & 19 Ors v Attorney-General of the Federation (SC/CV/329/2025), was dismissed for lack of jurisdiction, but the court still considered the substance of the case.
He emphasised that media reports suggesting the Supreme Court endorsed the removal of democratic structures during emergency rule are misleading and incorrect.
Many understand it in this perspective . The truth is that many presidents after Tinubu will certainly use this judgement in a more fierce style than the present administration. We should be ready for a very undemocratic leadership. The current people who now enjoy and applaud this judgement will certainly cry the most when another president comes in.
