PoliticsRe: Why Senate Is Scared Of E-transmission Of Election Results – Samson Itodo by saintopus(m): 7:25am On Feb 09
Electronic transmission of results should be a must in Nigeria. The leaders didn't even know that until we have e-transmission of results, they will never have credibility.

PoliticsRe: Why Islam Will Spread Across Igbo Land Despite All Opposition by saintopus(m): 3:33pm On Feb 07

Very shallow reasoning.

PoliticsRe: Breaking: ISWAP Militants Kill Soldiers, Burn Vehicles In Borno Base Attack by saintopus(m): 8:53am On Feb 07
These killings by Boko Haram what really do they want?
They should come out with what they want so we can see if President can give them.

If they want the whole Nigeria they should equally say it.
PoliticsRe: Anambra State Government Says Onitsha Main Market Reopens On Monday by saintopus(m): 10:55am On Feb 01
What surprised me most was the fact that the sit at home on Mondays is very serious in Anambra but MNK is from Abia state.

This thing shock me to the bone.
PoliticsRe: Reps Pass ₦58.47 Trillion 2026 Budget by saintopus(m): 5:11pm On Jan 30
Majority of the budget funding comes from oil sales but I didn't see the expected oil production figures as well as the expected price
PoliticsRe: Win For Wike’s Camp As Court Nullifies PDP’s Ibadan Convention by saintopus(m): 12:49pm On Jan 30
hopexter:
Why do you think Wike is still fighting for an abandoned party? He wants to build it back up from the scratch. I give it to Wike for not moving to APC but chose to remain in the struggling party.
He can't do that successfully without the support of governors with the funds. As a minister and the nearest source of funding for the party would have been from Rivers State. The governor has already abandoned the party so where is he going get the money from? So no need for the court case
PoliticsRe: Win For Wike’s Camp As Court Nullifies PDP’s Ibadan Convention by saintopus(m): 11:52am On Jan 30
There is no need for any Court Case anymore, the big players in the party have already dumped the party for Wike and his friends. So the case is not needed in the first place.

It has always been like this, oil marketers ripping the public always. If they hear rumours of possible increase in crude oil prices they will start increasing their cost to customers in Nigeria 🇳🇬
PoliticsRe: Nigeria Earns N55.5 Trillion From Crude Oil Sales In 2025 by saintopus(m): 11:47am On Jan 29
This is a whooping amount of money. So what did they do with so much money and still borrowing?
Foreign AffairsRe: Real GDP Growth Forecast For 2026 by saintopus(m): 11:26am On Jan 29

PoliticsRe: Gov Fubara Approves An Extension Of The Retirement Age For Health Officers by saintopus(m): 10:01am On Jan 28
ayoncox:
If not for poverty why should someone reduce his or her age or even wants to work at age above 60
You said it all, while the European and the Americans strive to retire at early age we're falsifying records to remain in public service for eternity.
It's poverty engineered by bad leadership.
PoliticsRe: AFCON 2025: FIFA Clarifies Position As CAF Awaits Verdict On Senegal by saintopus(m): 9:42am On Jan 28

PoliticsRe: Arewa Youths Turn Against Gumi! Blast His Stance On Bând!ts & Fulani Herdsmen — by saintopus(m): 7:41pm On Jan 25
Tĥe Youths are not serious at all!! Until they rise up against the mentality that A fight against Boko Haram is a fight against the North, that is when I will know that they're are beginning to get serious.

For now they are just jokers

PoliticsRe: Throwback: Wike Praises Azuta-mbata’s Support To Rivers State Government by saintopus(m): 3:26pm On Jan 03
adetoya234:
Wike recalled that it was under Azuta-Mbata that he started earning good money while preparing estate property document as legal agent for him.
Thereafter, when the chance came to become chairman of Obio/Akpor Local Government Area, Azuta-Mbata championed it, sponsored him, despite the imposing hurdles, to become council chairman in 1999.
The governor noted that even though Azuta-Mbata was no more in active politics, he has remained an invaluable asset to the state.
“So many people do not know my relationship with you. But those who are very close and know about my political career, they know that my first shot in public office was sponsored by you for me to be council chairman of Obio/Akpor Local Government.
“I started making money as a lawyer preparing all the estate documents for you. So, I have made money through you before I became council chairman through preparation of land documents.

This is the part that caught my attention.
If Wike could turn against the man who brought him to limelight, Tinubu’s case would be a child’s play.
You've said it all nothing to add and nothing to subtract

Smh.

Many of you people ehn. The way you people, old and young, use derogatory words for your leaders in south south and south east ehn will make lucifer weak.
We learned it from the West. Ordinarily, an average Igbo man orr woman gives respect to Elders in all totality, same is the entire Ijaws. But the table changed when politics came up and the West employed the use of the social media to insult and abuse GEJ which they love.
One interesting thing I noticed about the Igbos is that if they learned anything from an individual, they amplify it.
So little wonder they are gradually becoming the champions 🏆 of the cursing business overthrowing the West.
So it now appears as if the SE and SS don't respect their leaders which is not true.

Am an Ijaw from SS

Maybe we won't be in these mess
No doubt Peter Obi is a very good man. Sometimes I thank God he didn't win. He would have received possibly the greatest challenge in his life in leading a nation so polarised.
