Victor Moses set for Chelsea
move as Wigan accept £9m bid
Wigan Athletic have accepted a
£9m bid from Chelsea for
forwardVictor Moses.
Chelsea have had four previous
bids for the former England
Under-21 international rejected.
"The club can confirm that after
four unsuccessful bids from
Chelsea for Victor Moses, a fifth
bid has today finally met the
valuation and terms set by Wigan
Athletic and been accepted," a
club statement read.
Chelsea have offered £7m up
front, with a further £2m in add-
ons.
Wigan have now given the
Nigeria international permission
to speak to the Champions
League winners.

showed on Sunday is not normal
in a 21-year-old," he said.
The Spaniard was keen to keep
Moses at the DW Stadium,
but knew that Wigan were likely
to accept a bid for the player if
another club met their asking
price.
"You will get all sorts of
speculation and talk, but the
reality is every player has a
valuation," he said.
"If a club matches that valuation,
then maybe you have to sit down
with the player and there is a
decision to be made."

ESPN understands that Chelsea
have agreed a fee with
Internacional for Brazil midfielder
Oscar.
Oscar, 20, has been linked with a
move to Europe this summer,
and both Chelsea and Premier
League rivals Tottenham Hotspur
have been mooted as interested
parties.
The Blues are now closing in on
the playmaker's signature after a
fee of €25 million was accepted
by the player's club Internacional.
An ESPN source said: "Nothing is
signed but a deal in principle is
agreed for €25 million."
