Which of the promo? Please enlighten me. I only got a bonus data when I sub for weekend plan 500 for 3GB. After that I never got any bonus, just 2GB for 1k.

Pls gurus in the house how can I make my preferred network mode stock to my selection, If I set it to 2g only it goes back to LTE, even if I use used *#*#4636#"#* to do the selection it would still go back to some other mode wish slows the network.

Also in my multitask window, there are these keys on some apps that make those apps not to close when every other app closes, how can I remove the keys.
Here is a pic of the keys.

I use RN4X

It is normal for network mode to return to status quo after reboot if you use *#*#4636#*#* to set it.

To remove the key lock, tap and drag down the app to unlock or remove the lock sign. Do the same if you want to lock it.

Are you for real It is called 'Factory reset' for a reason. Meaning that factory reset will take your phone to the way it was when it came out from the factory 'empty' of any user installed file or data

If you have any pending update try and update. Then check if it is solved. Some have confirmed that update solved there screen problem on Redmi 5 plus.

please help me, my xiaomi note 4x is displaying the earpiece icon, the port is not has tight has b4, whenever am using earpiece there is always interruption, the worst happened today, the earpiece icon refused to disappear even though the earpiece is not connected, have tried different method like inserting earpiece to correct it, switching on and off my phone, rebooting, non his working, please any possible solution to this and can the 3.5mm Jack port be changed, thanks

The data are in two categories, which are:
16GB = 48GB , 3 month (N3000)

42GB = 126GB , 3 month. (N5000)

100GB = 300GB, 3 month (N9000)


Well I know you must be confuse by this are little so I will explain to you guys how the data plan works.

Let says you decided to purchased the 16GB own package. So you will be given 16GB worth of data from the first month. And it will auto renew itself without doing anything for the next two month which means.

It will be adding up the 16GB consequently for the remaining two months making it 16GB × 3= 48GB for 3 months.

Remember if it not necessarily you used up the 16GB for the following because it will add to your existing data you have left.

Let's say you have use 10GB remaining 6Gb the next month it will add automatically making it 22GB.

So that does apply for the 42GB own making it 42G × 3= 126GB consequently for 3 month.

Maximum waiting time to get yours activated is 24 hour thou it might not be up to that if you're patience enough.

Restart the laptop and see if it's solved.

If it is not solved, then go to device manager through control panel. Check if there is error icon on the audio after you right click and select 'scan for hardware changes'

If there is error try and update the audio driver through the hp websites
