Some items arrived Nigeria as far back as 21st of April, but they were not cleared because of the strike.

Did you back up your files before factory resetting? I have so much on my phone that I don't even know the amount of data I will need to backup before factory resetting

You don't necessarily need to back up large file to the cloud. If you have laptop, copy every folder and files on your phone to your laptop.

Then go to your settings > Accounts & sync and sync your various accounts.

Settings > Mi Account > Xiaomi cloud, then sync contact, message etc

If you are using official WhatsApp, go to WhatsApp settings and backup

Try and remember all your passwords or write them down.

Do all these before you factory reset, because you will lose everything on your phone.

If possible go to there main office in Onitsha, I think it is around old market road. Show them the email and your tracking no. They will probably direct you to the right place they sent it, if they have sent it out.

After creating the card, use laptop and log into aliexpress. Then add your card to your aliexpress account before placing order. Try it and see if it will work.

Stop using VPN on AliExpress.

The options states that 4g/3g/2g would be switched automatically. However, only 2g works. I have tried every thing. Someone should help me please before I run mad.

Return it to where you bought it and try to swap it another. Don't tell them you have factory reset it before.

This time go with someone that has good knowledge of phones to help you test everything on the phone before you leave the place.

Next time avoid buying phones from road side table phone sellers.

1. Deliveries are between 10 - 75days or so. That's the standard.
2. AliExpress Standard Shipping can be any logistics - Speedaf, Singapore Post, Netherland Post, EMS, China Post Registered Air Mail, etc. Bottom line is, it's the prerogative of AliExpress but be assured that it'd be trackable.
3. NIPOST doesn't ship from China but only serve as a last mile logistics for logistics like PostNL, SGPost, EMS etc.
4. Not all Speedaf *R are door deliveries. It is dependent on your location and presence of Speedaf.
5. Not all NG***E/O will end up with Speedaf upon arrival in Nigeria. Some will be handed over to NIPOST.
6. Some NIPOST offices do door delivery.
7. If your tracking starts with LP, check for detailed tracking info cuz it'd at some point be updated to another tracking number. That's the one NIPOST will work it, not the LP.
8. If you have delivery enquiry to make at NIPOST, go to the "mail section" with your tracking number, not the counter.
