You can't complete the process on your own!

CAC itself has empowered 3rd party guys to be doing the process and you have to go through them.

Every explanation given above is right, you can complete the process by yourself if you have the know how,but if not you can contact a third party to do it for you

Those who make donations to charities can claim tax relief and so charities gain at the government expense FINANCIALLY


It is natural therefore for government to scrutinize bodies that do not pay tax and which receive donations from the public to ensure PUBLIC CONFIDENCE and PUBLIC ACCOUNTABILITY.


Apart from that government is entitled to know how money is moved by ALL persons ; human or corporate for SECURITY REASONS to combat money laundering and terrorism
