help repair a corrupted Excel file (2003 release version)

A corrupt dbf file gives this message when I try to open it: "Microsoft has stopped the process because you and another user are trying to change the same data at the same time."The message is obviously wrong, no other user can be. I really want to recover this database because it contains customer data. Please tell me how can I recover a Microsoft Access 2010 file format? :confused:

I have a pretty big project plan I'm working on in 2013 for a few
months'. about a week ago, everything was fine. Now that I've tried
discover. mpp from file Manager or " recently opened files",
project (s) opens, but does not open its own .mpp. When I try to just
open the program and then manually go to the folder where my .mpp is located and
open it this way, the project actually stops responding
requests.

I can open a new empty project, everything is there
it works fine, so I think my file has become corrupted. I read
a few things that could potentially help, as the restoration
project, restore previous versions and remove all references /
predecessors from the plan, but they don't help. Who knows the answer what it is…

Then open or re-or new he just freezes and thinks for a long time! The patience to wait long enough so launch task Manager and see that EXCEL file,which is still in the process of opening, there are operatives from 150-200 MB. Complete this process and immediately after that the same process (just eats operatives 150 MB.) but the file starts immediately! And so with all the excel docks! + everything else slows down during operation then! Think for a long time any operation!
