The internet is not controlled by government. So when you talk about good or bad government, it means you're not getting it and you already failed before you begin.

Oga! Government have no business in business! Because government is all about welfare and business is all about profit! Look at start-ups being bought left, right and center by blue chip companies! Do you hear anything about government doing one thing or the other? Oga! Do something, even if it's a skill, so long as it's a marketable skill, people will buy.
Study the society, pick a challenge and solve it. People will patronise you. Forget all these government government stuff! The problem with Nigerians is that we want quick money. We want to wake up in the morning, screw, eat, drink beer, drive a big car, and spend beyond our means! All these without lifting a finger.

In as much as you make sense, that guy made more sense.

If the guy learn a skill, shey the people to patronize him will do so and pay well if they are paid less salaries that barely feeds them?

A good government with good policies can be a major breaking point for little startup businesses.
So also you can be skilled, but a bad government policy can ruined your chances of making it. Think of many companies that have folded up in the last 5-6 years- even notable ones.

China is not an atheist state by will. Many of them still practice their religion. China is a one party state, and the party demand loyalty to no religion, not necessarily abandoning the religion.
Their major policy is; you won't be a vocally religious person and serve in high positions. However, it doesn't mean they abandoned their religion, low-key, many of them are either Buddhists, or Hindus
