Yes, they have done final interview and some have gotten feedback for medicals and resumption details for marketing and supply chain

I haven't seen anyone for finance that has gotten a feedback after the interview

If the email address ends with @nhs.net, then it is most likely legit. If not, you're on your own.

Besides, unless you have something to lose or you have been asked to pay some money, I see no reason why you shouldn't respond to the email. So, give it a shot.

No one can say for certain, at least 30 people wrote today. In my floor i counted 18 not to talk of other floors. Might even be next month or upper. Plus they was a set before us and yet another next week. Assuming i knew they invited this much people i might just ignored it, they will just end up employing only like 3 who are already employed with masters and working in top companies. Even banks doesn't have this much process. Wish you all good luck sha.

Don’t let anybody fool you, the econs is not useful if you don’t write any professional exams in another field eg. ICAN, ACCA, CFA. Don’t think your econs will get you jobs in banks ahead of those who studied Foods and Nutrition or Woodwork. Nigeria does not have sectors where to use Econs. You can’t practice on your own if you studied econs but you can practice on your own if you studied accountancy. The only problem with accountancy is that people are too many studying it and it can be discouraging if you don’t start your career well in a good company. I mean western multinational companies, not all this Saka Jelili Ltd, Hispro Hotels, or Yusdas Enterprises o. I am telling you reality. I have more than 17 years top notch work experiences across various multinational companies and I am a certified accountant.
While you are in school, please try and learn or teach yourself these skills and improve on them over time:

Microsoft Excel. ( don’t fool yourself that you are an advanced user the moment you can use Pivot table or use vlookup or xlookup o. Go and learn deeper Excel. There are free materials online.

Learn financial modeling using Excel to the best of your ability.

Learn Power BI or Tableau for data management, business reporting and analysis.

Learn PowerPoint ( I can give you a YouTube site where you can learn world class PowerPoint for free. I have materials for others too but I don’t guarantee they will be relevant by the time you graduate).

Finish your professional exams on time.

Aim high and target multinationals like GE, BAT, Nestle, Unilever, Atlascopco, P&G, GSK, Microsoft, etc. if you don’t eventually get any of those ones, you will get something closer eg PayStack, Flutterwave, Andela, Hayat Kimya etc. But if you lower your bar, you are in for a loooong thing.

Wait... How are some people already passed the essay stage? How long have this recruitment been ongoing?

The person I responded to was asking if they are inviting people that wrote essay for presentation already. From that I presumed he had written the essay for him to be asking about presentation.

Mind you, some were invited for assessment at a different from those that wrote last weekend.

Received a success mail and brief about the next stage

As opposed to my earlier comments, they sent a mail today to come for assessment centre on Thursday. That should be for those that passed the Saturday assessment.

Probably in 2 weeks time, best still a week since it’s online.
I wrote on March 30th for the SIWES. It was physical tho. 2 weeks later, they pasted results and started calling students for medicals.

As you said, SIWES. This type of recruitment is usually very urgent because it is a temporary role. I have even forgotten I applied to Nestle until I got a mail for the assessment.

We can't be sure when they will revert this time.
