1. Yes, you can but for your sister, you will need your parents' death certificates, her birth certificate (with your parents listed as hers and as a link to the death certificates), your birth certificate (to show that you've got same parents), a court document showing that you have parental responsibility for your sister and evidence that you've been the sole person taking care of her ie. Tuition fee payments, letter from her school/doctor stating her residential address is same as yours and that you're the parent figure on file for her. If you can adopt her, you wouldn't need the above but it's a lengthy and stressful process in Nigeria. You will need your son's birth certificate in addition to the consent letter from his father. You'll also need proof of funds for both of them up to a maximum of 9 months and their passports. 2. I think it's possible since you've got some experience in the health sector. You'll need to have a certain number of hours in the field depending on what course you're looking at but some will require you to have done some science-related courses. Check the website of schools that match your criteria for their entry requirements. 3. Yes, you're allowed but if you're looking at meeting the long residence requirements which is usually 10 years, there's a limit to the time that you can spend outside the UK. If you get a T2 sponsorship at the end of your course (which effectively puts you on the 5-year route), the time spent in/out of the UK while on the student visa doesn't matter. 4. Depends on the intake you're looking at. Some apply as long as a year before the course to up to a month before to give you time for your visa processing. Menab: |

Do you have joint bills or bank accounts? Do you have a tenancy agreement/payments in your joint names? Evidence of living at the same address is also required ie. Same address on your driver's licence, voter's card, bank statements, correspondence from your doctor etc. These should ideally cover the last 2 years, if possible. The above documents in addition to other documents that can prove that you have a genuine and subsisting relationship in addition to a cover letter explaining the background of and circumstances surrounding your relationship to enable the ECO make a favorable decision. Note that getting a visa via this route is at the discretion of the ECO and is dependent on how well you are able to prove that your relationship is genuine and not as a means to bypass the immigration rules Towotowo: 1 Like |

Haywhy3233: 1. Try these online agency sites: Zoopla, Rightmove, onthemarket, etc. Note that its not easy to get accommodation in the UK from Nigeria especially if you lack previous history, references, guarantor, etc. - where necessary you should be prepared to pay anything from 3 - 6 months rent upfront to facilitate things. 2. Yes. 3. You don't have to secure accommodation before completing the application form. 4. On a student's visa, you don't need proof of accommodation at POE. 1 Like |

Samoludayo:I think that's how it's done. It's called walk in service. Though I learnt flexi at ikeja is tough. You could get there as early as 5am and be number 50+. Tls Victoria Island is the best place for flexi. 1 Like |
