I also never told you that I use it.
You obviously take advice or prescriptions from chemist or folklores.
Benzoyl peroxide and Tretinoin cream should be readily available in any standard pharmacy.
You can check online stores or even jumia and konga for both.
Use both together for a better re sult. Use the Benzoyl peroxide only in the morning and Tretinoin only at night.
Stay away from direct sunlight throughout the duration of treatment.
Use consistently for 2months and your Acne will be gone.
Lastly don't use anything else aside those two and use only mild/toilet soap(lux kind of soap) to wash your face before application

Hi,
am a cosmetogist. I decided to go through the course because I had acne, pimples, papules, milia, spots,...etc since 8_9 yrs ago.
I used products....a lot. Even used garlic on my face.
what finally cleaered my face was I bought a dermertology book from the US and and carefully read it in details. Then summed up my treatment regimen to these:
Dr Shelfieds clear zit 10% benzoyl peroxide in the morning
Retin A 0.05% retinoic acid at night.

Add equal amount of a moisturizer to the Clear zit cos u need only 5% benzoyl peroxide to work at a time.
use Seba med face moisturizer to always keep ur face moisturized.

Just 3 products. Make sure to use religiously at least till you finish a the first set.
it works n professional too.

The problem I'm encountering is ,My dermatologist recommended 5% benzoyl peroxide, all I'm have been seeing is 10%

1. benzoyl peroxide morning
tretinoin evening.

2. Clindamycin and benzoyl peroxide cream together morning and evening.

Use toilet soap to wash your face before eachh application and stay away from sun completely during the treatment period. Get a face cap of you can.
