Romance › Re: Opinion!! Why Do Handsome Men Marry Ugly Women?? by sameagles(m): 7:57am On Oct 22, 2015 |
the reason why handsome men get hooked with urgly lady or wife can never be over emphasized, but few reasons are that, most men fall in the trap of d urgly lady when they have too ladys around them, some got pregnant along d relationship that is not strong and ended up marrying because of d baby, also disappointment frm a prity lady made many men come to realise that beuty is in d eyes of d beholder, and still wise men realise that the urgly women "as we so call them which were not" adore their husband at all times, "but above all these let us realise that ur wife is not d most beutiful but that is ur choice" these are just but a few reasons. frm sameagles. |

Culture › Re: The Uselessness Of White Wedding In African Societies!!! by sameagles(m): 4:58pm On Feb 23, 2015 |
joywendy: really op no one is focusing you to do a white wedding. just say you don't want to do it, than coming here to rant that it's unafrican. There is always a court marriage which is way much cheaper and faster, if that's your problem.
the trad marriage does it offer a certificate to prove that you are both married? i think not correct me if am wrong. that the most important thing in a wedding the marriage certificate.
There are many things we do in Africa that's not a part of our culture from the beginning. you may as well throw your college degree in to the bin since it's un African. you may as well stop typing in English and start typing in your native dialect because every other thing is unafrican. you may as well stop wearing western attire because its unafrican. you may as well drop your religion and go back to the African religion of sango and all because its unAfrican.
if you claim you want to boost the African culture.
ladies who tend to just be normal and don't apply facial makeup are seen as members of the s.u. when she does she is suffering from cultural slavery. The generalization in your post irritates me. i know some ladies who prefer trad wedding to the white one.
everyone knows that the white wedding isn't from Christianity. so what exactly are you blabbing about?
inferiority complex i laugh in Swahili ain't you part of those Africans? who discriminate others who are trying to continue the old culture by referring to some of things done has barbaric? you will be the first to point fingers at people who decided to wore bare on their feet and tie wrapper.
#smh
hypocrisy at it's peak. i want to believe something must have hit u at the right point, u got so unrational as if the man knew u and may be u must have taken the wrong step to getting married, very unfaire in ur contribution |

Akbee: 1.This isn't the age of primitive living oga.i know ur desirous of change but it seems u av failed to realise the fact that such changes can only begin in you. What is more thrilling than the sight of people queuing up to board a bus, shop, enter a lecture venue?? U shud always learn to get there first if u dont wana waste ur precious time on one thing tru out the whole day. 2.Get another accommodation close to ur school n u wl avoid another Broda Paul's second missionary journey. 3.which university were rumours no dey? Its inevitable bros..Come to unical and see things for urself..im afraid u wl tk what u have there in Unilorin for a mere child's play. 4.Harsh weather?this is Africa where the sun shines brilliantly. The harshness of the sun reflects in our skins.. Black is beautiful. Northern Nigeria has the highest temperature in Nigeria cos it rarely rains there plus its closeness to the Sahara desert.U shuda gone for another school, maybe one in Asian minor or Uk.na for there u for begin complain of cold. 5.Hotel palava:Those students who spent their time waitn for the hostel portal to be opened aint serious fellows.. they had better look for accommodation else where or stand a chance of graduatn with third class. Conclusion: It seems ur just starting higher school.(U NEVA CHI CHUM CHING.LOL.)hence ur yet to come to the knowledge that the four walls of a university is a different world from our homes n secondary schools.its expected that individual/ students seeking admission into any institution of higher learning are matured n can act independently without being shown what to do..U nd to sit up.. plan ur day wella n u wl soon adjust faster to the new environment. i'm aware about all the fellow said abt unilorin, but i appreciate ur rational and mature comment, i personaly think that man just left a comfort zone, my advise for any student is to always remember the say that "only tough people last tough time never last" and there is a time and a season. |

garrix8: Foolish PDP will never learn. Personal attacks on the people's general will always be counter productive. When did GMB's health become a campaign issue??
Meanwhile I wonder what will happen if Apc attacks Jonadunce based on the following:
1. His chronic addiction to ogogoro.
2. His wife's inability to speak simple and correct English.
3. His wife's barrenness.
4. His impregnating other women and raising kids out of wedlock.
5. The mysterious death of his family members and close friends.
Anyways, all said and done...
