@Palace. My people in Dubai exited to Kish last week and according to them, they didn't spend up to 1 hour there for re-entry. I'm just happy for them and thank God for the wonderful people we have on this thread, especially Ogakpatakpata, Justi4jesu, Henrimoto, Same, Dr Dre and a host of others I can't remember for now. I'm still contemplating on coming to Dubai next year cos my fiance is already there now and want me to join her next year; well time will tell cos I'll have to weigh the alternatives I have before deciding on that. Yinkagbo: Morning to ma pple,igwe,justi and other high chiefs.......I eventually gotten job with nesto hypermarket butina branch...if u are in uae and your visa is almost expire.....locate any nesto branch around u and ask for thr head office...the head office is in ajman......the benefit includes accomodation,transport,lunch and dinner and 9hr work,salary depends on the department u are...I worked with them for 15days and my half salary was paid..and am presently in nigeria for exit.....God dey.

@namqul i really don't know much about etihad as i've never used them before, maybe members of the house that have used them can contribute here, but if they really need employment letter and you don't have one just explain to them you are traveling to visit a relative but try talking to someone in the office first, i think the employment letter is the documents included to be submitted at the site, right? try and use one of the numbers supplied by the igwe and call a staff

@namqul from my experience with emirates if you are getting a visa through them, you will have to book their flight and also book your hotel through them from their site and i must tell you that emirates air fare is very expensive so also their hotels because if you are to book hotel through them you have to book the complete number of days up to your return day that is to say assuming you are traveling on the 14th of October and to return 30th of October you will have to book the number of days from your arrival to the date of your departure, so you can't say you are staying in Dubai for a month and book their hotel for a week, it doesn't work that way, for the flight what i normally do and can advice you is join their skywards program, it's free to join and you can accumulate miles to the extent that at a point you can get a free ticket or reduce your ticket fare depending on how often you travel with them another advantage of joining the program is anytime they have a promo you will be notified so i always wait for their promos to book flights if i want to travel with them and another thing is apart from the regular promo you can also get a discount with them as a skywards member for instance last year Jan they had a universal promo which brought the fare to about 148k but for skywards loyal members we got a 10% extra discount so while others paid abt 148k to Dubai i paid about 120k only so you see
but if you can't book their hotel i will advice you to use Etihad

@seekermi any hotel you book online you will need to provide your credit card details for the booking to be confirmed, there are some hotels that your credit card will be charged immediately while some will be pay later or pay at hotel, but the problem is even if you book a hotel that requires you to pay at hotel if you do not cancel your book a day( depending on the hotel) before your check in date, the amount for one night stay will be deducted from your credit card including tax and so on, in some cases if you don't cancel on time the complete amt for the number of days you book will be charged your credit card so your best bet is book one of the hotels that says pay at hotel, then give your credit card details and when your booking confirmation has been sent to your email, print it out and cancel the booking a few days before your check in date so you can show your printed booking reservation to the immigration officials, i don't think they will have time to start calling the hotel to know if you actually have a booking with them

He also pleaded with most of the palace members to assist him secure a job in which he returned to naija when all effort failed. He introduced his ticketing, hotel bookings contact as on 26th August to Nairaland. On September 27th, he made a return to this honourable house and drop this comment . What prompted me to give him a call this morning was when someone sent me PM that he consulted "Priceless Travels agency on 07066866009" and he gave him assurance to process his Qatari Visa. I called him this morning and he promised to secure Dubai Visa +Security Job +Accomodation for 350,000 Naira OR Dubai Visa +House Job +Accomodation for 450,000. I asked him about Qatar Visa and he promised to get same as Visa+ Job +Accomodation for 950,000 Naira. We all ve been on this thread even though on stealth Mode. My question is: Can he fulfill all he promised yet he returned from dubai empty handed and still begging the house to assist him with Qatar Contact? Thank you all!

under account name write qartar airways/ your booking confirmation number, then under account number put the qartar account number you were given or better still call qartar airways to be sure how to go about it, i've not traveled with qartar before but guessing they have same payment system as emirates, but your best bet is to call their office to find out how you should go about the payment, when paying make sure your booking confirmation number is boldly and clearly written on the teller

Sharryn: Hello house, i booked Qatar airways, bank payment was my option.
When i went to Eco bank to remit the payment as stipulated on Qatar airways website, the guys thr didn't know a damn thing about the ticket.
Can someone here guide me on how to pay the air fare... XO
