ukay2:DF may not pay dividend until 2018 FYE, because they need to build reserve |
Newboss:Oga Newboss take it easy now, She showed me all the documents she signed to signify her exit from the company. The mistake is from the company. What am blaming her for is such money should not be spent rather should be kept in a safe account and inform the company of the error. |
locodemy:Locodemy we go show for your house this christmas ,atleast everybody knows what you are worth now |

Good Afternoon nairalanders, A friend called me this afternoon and asked what she should do after being paid 6 months salary due to administrative error and she had left the company 6 months ago. She asked for my advice as the former company wants her to pay before the end of the year. This my friend is broke oooo as I have been supporting since she left the company. She left the company when her contracts expired. She has been calling people soliciting for help on how to raise the money Please what should she do? |

Be expecting another major cross deal in transcorp between now and march 2018. I got the information from a reliable source |
Parisfran:This stock is good for speculative purposes but still lack solid fundamental to sustain the current price |

DOLLARTEX:Thank you oga, I am currently working on the blog it will be active again before the end of the week |
I just finished my project and am privy to see my score, house when is the next convocation? |
I am surprised so many analysts with little or no knowledge about dynamics of stock market have led Transcorp to abattoir and disembowel the company. Whether the block divestment was from Uncle T or not, if there is no demand there can not be supply. if Uncle T truly divest, does that imply the company is dead? go back to the results released so far are they not impressive? over bloated ordinary shares is the problem of the company. Do you know if the plan is to dilute the shareholding structure? You guys should go and find out the new buyer first, before you tear Locodemy to pieces. Don't forget what is old to Uncle T is new to next man |
locodemy:Anytime there is a cross deal of such magnitude it usually comes at a discount determined by both parties. Unconfirmed report says there is going to be major realignment that will affect the shareholding structure from parent company to subsidiaries. you will recall that http://www.tribuneonlineng.com/hilton-transcorp-hotels-signs-20-year-management-extension-agreement/ this happened recently and you don't expect hilton not to be a stakeholder in a company they sign 20 years contract with. I am not a fan of Transcorp ooo,but if I have loose money I will buy transcorp shares for these reasons; 1. The company will have easy access to loan at single digit interest by the virtue of Uncle T presence in UBA 2. The company is growing her PAT at over 70% QoQ, YoY which to me is sign of good management 3. Transcorp will augment her power asset when FG commence the sale of power asset. 4. The company is yet to achieve her full potentials going by the subsidiaries that are yet to start serious business. |
fxuser:I said it, that OANDO probe will not see the light of the day. The same will happen to Eternal Oil and Gas PLC case, besides has anyone witness a corruption case successfully prosecuted in Nigeria? |
locodemy: ![]() calm down sha,in Nigeria will drink corruption, eat corruption, breathe corruption even marry corruption |
locodemy:oga Loco, calm down now,you should know by now that the case will die natural death as the company has engaged the service of Wole Olaonipekun who is an expert in handling corruption case. This man is very good in this area,he is the one handling most of the corruption cases of the former governors and former managing director of the defunct intercontinental bank so no shaking |
https://newtelegraphonline.com/2017/11/fg-well-sell-power-plants-houses-fund-budget/ I guess Transcorp will be planning to buy more power plants to augment her position as industrial leader |
https://www.businesspost.ng/2017/11/28/eterna-oil-md-duped-fg-forged-documents-witness/ wahala dey for Eternal Oil and Gas PLC, if you are yet to buy please be cautious |
