Many if not most investors have opinions when it comes to forecasting market direction. The relatively small size of these stock indices futures contracts permits investors with modest amounts of risk capital to participate in the Dow and S&P 500—and at a fraction of the cost of purchasing the actual stocks outright!

for anybody that invested in transcorp, expecting quick return in the shortest time is like giving birth to a baby and expect that baby to stand up and walk that very day of which is not possible.
there are some basic facts people should critically examine before drawing conclusion :-

1, transcorp is still a baby , still strugling to put things in order moreover, transcorp came to existence few years ago.

2,trancorp is a conglomerate company that has investment in areas like-agric,oil and gas,energy,entertainment ,telecom, hospitalty etc,out of these mentioned areas tell me which of the industry is not capital intensive to set up?

3,don't forget the last offer was undersubcribed,meaning that the amount targeted was not realised.

4,the state of nitel has worsened beyond what transcorp envisaged, that makes transcorp not to swiftly turn nitel around as expected and its highly indebted to consortium of banks.

5, kudos to the management, for displaying good mangerial competency for refurbishing nitel to atleast make it attractive for any investor by injecting $100m.

6, people that are selling transcorp shares now are not worthy to be called investors because investors buy future and not present of any companies.

MY ADVICE FOR ANYBODY STILL HAVING TRANSCORP SHARES IS TO HOLD ON TO IT BECAUSE IN THE NEAREST FUTURE TRANSCORP WILL BE DECLARING PROFITS WHICH NO COMPANIES HAVE DECLARED IN NIGERIA.
