Brazil. When Brazil don't offer free birth control the birth rate was 5,1 children for women in 1960. After the family planning the birth rate declined for 1,70 children for women. Ok but It is not recommended to visit Brazilian lakes during rainy periods. It was raining a lot in Brazil. The tourists and the company which led tourists to ignore the risk. Capitolio is very dangerous during the rainy periods. Some people die in this place duo the rain. In 2020 3 Brazilian tourists died in the same place. The victims died by a flash flood. During rainy periods is common flash flood in Brazilian lakes.
