The Super Eagles coach says he has not been paid since September while his assistants are being owed for six months
Nigeria coach Sunday Oliseh has disclosed that he is being owed for three months while dismissing claims that the Nigeria Football Federation had paid him upfront.

Whosoever says there was election in Rivers State must be related to Lai Mohammed, I was part and parcel of both the presidential and governorship elections as an Ad hoc staff. The elections materials were snatched by PDP thugs, we (Corps Members) were forced to write the election results on the results sheets or face being beaten by the thugs. The situation was so bad where I worked in Tai LGA I lost my phone and iPad and I was never compensated for the loss.

I love this...abduljabbar4 let me explain what u posted so that u won't repeat ur ignorance again...first of all the passages u quoted are all in the old testament...here is why...when God brought out the Israelites from Egypt and was taking them to their promised land, the Israelites constantly fell into sin thereby making God angry. After God constantly forgave them yet they were still sinning, God decided to give them strict rules of which death was a major penalty. This brought about all those rules of which death was involved that u are talking about. Yet the Israelites kept sinning. God's relationship with the Israelites then was like a by force something of which God didnt tolerate even the smallest sin. It was to the extent that of all the people that left Egypt only two entered the promised land even Moses that led them did not enter because he sinned. But upon all the strict rules, God found out that man still sinned so when Jesus came, he made it something of choice, he said 'i place before u life and death bt choose life that u may live'....the time of forcing someone to worship God and killing him if he doesn't ended when Jesus came...so in summary death as a penalty in the bible was as a result of the sins of the Israelites in order to checkmate them and it ended when Jesus gave us a freewill thereby condemning the killings. Note:there is no where where non Jews were forced to believe in God except as a slave unlike u guys.. The deaths were specifically within Israel... Please for the records I am not an IPOB member and I don't intend joining them but please let us be honest for once and tell ourselves the truth. I don't think there is any grown person in the whole of Nigeria who doesn't know about the renewed biafran agitation since the inception of this government. We all tend to fight a disease without fighting what caused it. The people protesting in Onitsha have a reason. They are not like bokoharam that kill people anyhow. They simply want the release of their leader, why can't the government just do it for them so that everyone will rest. Prior to the time Nnamdi was arrested there was no protest like this by the IPOB? Why can't they release nnamdi so that he can continue his talking if he wants and all this protests stopped. Biafra is as a result of an ideology and you can't stop an ideology like this except you give the people what they want...nelson mandela stayed in prison 27 years, nnamdi kanu had been in prison before because of this biafra stuff so its not new to him and also it's like this being a hero starts o...the longer he stays there the more his name is being heard and the fact is that the government CAN'T kill him because that will be the trigger for the collapse of everything...pls no insults intended but lets say the truth for once and not what we think...solution for the protest is release nnamdi for them let he continue his talking, if the government thinks what he says are lies then let them produce substantial proofs to counter them but if he is saying the right thing let them do what is right and stop chasing shadows...

It is important to understand that sexual activity is God-pleasing when it is done selflessly rather than selfishly. In that way it mirrors Christ's relationship to his church (Ephesians 5:22-33).
So, the question of masturbation, as with all other questions about sexual activity, has to be considered within this broader, Scriptural context. We have to begin by asking: What was God's intent when he created sex?
The Scriptures do not contain any specific or direct reference to masturbation. But it is clear that masturbation is an activity that violates God's intent. Masturbation is a form of sexual self-gratification. But sex is intended by God to be a means of mutual gratification between a husband and wife, not a means of gratifying one's self. Simply put, masturbation is an act of selfishness rather than selflessness. It is a sin that calls for repentance followed by the fruits of faith, coupled with a prayer asking God for help to see this sin in the light of God's intent, and for strength of faith to overcome the sin.
So while the Bible does not mention masturbation specifically, it has much to say about appropriate and inappropriate use of God's good gift of sex. And the Bible leaves no doubt about the fact that masturbation does not give glory to God.

I was born into a catholic family. My parents especially my mom is a die-hard catholic. I did all the catholic sacraments, baptism, confirmation, holy eucharist, except matrimony which would come by God's grace. I was known in my parish for being a devout member of some societies.

Fast forward to this day, I'm no more a catholic, I attend bible believing churches like faith baptist/rccg. This is because upon completion of my university education, I was inspired by the Holy spirit to know the truth, I couldn't prove so many catholic beliefs in the bible, and I care a lot about my eternity. It caused a lot of dispute between I and my parents and even up till today, they've stopped calling me or asking about my welfare. All efforts to convince them beyond reasonable doubt have proved abortive. Pls I need your advice nlanders coz I need to reconcile with my family.

OP in my own opinion, I think u have made a good choice in putting your eternity above your parents...the life we are living is a one man race and not a family race...honestly, I don't think bringing forth this type of question here is the right thing because everyone will definitely bring up his or her own idea, but this is my own solution... The bible says in Matthew 10 vs 35... For I am come to set a man at variance against his father, and the daughter against her mother, and the daughter in law against her mother in law.....this quotation means that definitely for one to follow Christ he should not let his parents or anything hinder him or her...it doesn't mean that u should be at war with them but it means that u shouldnt let them hinder u...we know ephesians 6:1 but we misinterprete it...it says Children, obey your parents in the Lord: for this is right.... I want you to take note of 'in the lord'...clearly, if what ur parents are telling u is out of the lord, then obeying them endangers your salvation...some people here quoted the commandment which says honor your father and your mother....in the Hebrew translation that word honor in the commandment means 'kabed' which means centering on honoring God Himself. So if you are honoring your parents and it doesn't honor God then you have disobeyed God. Catholicism clearly exalts Mary as an intercessor for man to Jesus to God, always asking her to pray for us but the bible states that Christ is mediator between God and man, the bible did not state any method to reach Jesus via any other person except praying to him. There are also other instances like when the catholics bow to images of peter and other images of which the bible says clearly do not bow to any graven image...so my dear follow your heart according to God's leading...don't let your parents take you to hell...still respect them, care for them and love them even if they chase you away and also pray for them...trust me with God on your side one day too they will be on your side...look for a church that preaches the totality of the scripture and not just one sided scripture...it must not be a popular church...in all just ask God for direction and wisdom.
