Van gaal shot himself on the foot by losing the west ham match, if only he had won that match we would have qualified for ucl and even though we lost the fa cup his ass would have been saved because it's on the agreement that if he doesn't make top four his contract will be terminated.. That was why moyes was sacked.. Also that's why manutd didn't sack van gaal during the season cos by mathematical calculation he still had the chance to make top four but he blew it up against West ham.. Even if mourinho comes to manutd and doesn't make top four in any season he will be sacked..

How do ships float ? Why Don`t I Float?

Have you Thought about walking on water ? – not a bad idea.

Why cant we walk on water ? Why does not everything float ? Why doesn’t a stone or any other thing float even if they are are very small ? &

HOW DO SHIPS FLOAT BEING SO HEAVY ?

I bet everyone would have ask this question to themselves at least once in a lifetime. My friend precious – a Linguistics Student also asked me this question. Well it feels good, even non Science people are interested !

The thing which is known to us is – if the material’s density is more than water then it would sink to the bottom. But then how the hell, the ships made from steel & iron(which are very much denser than water) float ? ( My friends like John would say, JOSH)
So lets explore…

Archimedes principle :-
Archimedes – who ran naked on streets due to excitement saying “Eureka…Eureka..!“(which means – I have found it) the whole time when he found the solution for the problem he was given to solve by the king to check the purity of crown. The problem was solved with the concept of buoyancy.
it states,

The upward buoyant force that is exerted on a body immersed in a fluid, whether fully or partially submerged, is equal to the weight of the fluid that the body displaces.

Basically, when will the object float ? –
When the weight of a body or object is less than the weight of the fluid it displaces !!
According to Archimedes principle, if u take a cube of volume 10 cubic meter weighing 20 metric tons & just push it into a lake, a buoyant force of 10 metric tons will push the cube upwards.
Lets understand it in a better way in a form of example & story…

Assume we are gifted a cube, made of steel, weighing 20 metric tons & having a volume of 10 cubic meter.
Case A:-
When the cube sinks.
We take the cube & toss it off into a sea nearby. What happened ? A big splash & cube straight to the bottom. Well our cube having weight 20 tons, displaced 10 cubic meter of water & an upward buoyant force of 10 tons; Archimedes principle. So we have 10 tons more weight pulling our cube down than the buoyant force pushing upwards & our cube sank. In other words, THE CUBE’S WEIGHT IS MORE THAN THE WEIGHT OF WATER IT DISPLACED !

Case B:-
When the cube neither sinks nor floats.
Now take the same cube weighing 20 tons & make some changes in it’s design. This time it’s volume is 20 cubic meter. Now we toss our cube again having same weight but a different volume. Again a big splash & yea just near to the surface of water. It is inside the water but it doesn’t sink. This is also called neutral buoyancy.
Here, THE WEIGHT OF OUR CUBE IS EQUAL TO THE WEIGHT OF WATER IT DISPLACED.
But oops, it is of no use… so we pull it up again & continue our research.

Case C:-
When it FLOATS.
This time, again improvising the design of cube & increasing it’s volume to 30 cubic meter keeping the weight 20 tons. Back to the sea with tons of excitement, we toss it again & what ? – IT FLOATS !
Congratulations, you just made a ship which doesn’t look like a ship. Butttt, what matters is – It floats. This timeTHE WEIGHT OF OUR CUBE IS LESS THAN TO THE WEIGHT OF WATER WHICH IT WILL DISPLACE.

Okayyy… so now it floats. But it will be partly submerged. So how far will it be submerged & how much part will it be above the water ? Well, our ship will get submerged until its weight equals the weight of water displaced. In this case, our ship’s 20 cubic meter of volume will be under water leaving 10 cubic meter above the water…

And done, here we go, keeping the weight same we made it float.

Case D:-

Now even if some people just get on-board on our ship, don’t worry ! Our ship will get more submerged into water, but HELL YEAH… it still floats & that becomes a Cruise ship; add cargo on it & it becomes a Cargo ship.
Now if u still wanna walk on water, you know what to do, just increase your volume by maintaining the same weight.

Let me take a minute to laugh at Chelsea.. I remember my friend who is a Chelsea fan laughing hard at me during Moyes tenure and last season saying Chelsea will rule and win epl for a decade and more.. Now I understand the decade he meant.. 10months which was last season.. Lolz

Just came to say a big thank you.. Of a truth it was the flex all along that pulled out due to the step. It has been fixed now.

The hinge.. The laptop was closed, so it was at the back of the screen sir, I'm taking it for repairs tomorrow

Try to connect the cable properly. The tech can do a tonguing(to wet the connector) before connecting the LCD cable to the back of the scream.

Then it must be the LCD cable(as in my earlier post). It's possibly lose at the back of the screen. Look for somebody who can open it for you and insert it properly. Have they opened the system screen before?

Don't forget to place a new thermal pad on your GPU. Very important.

Yes sir, once like that I had to change the screen when it cracked from inside and ink began to flow and filled the screen, I wasn't able to see anything also it was having a flex problem when you tilt the screen.. But that's not the problem now, now it's flickering with lines due to the pressure of the step that someone stepped on from the back of the screen..

If that didn't solve the problem try to get a new flex and make sure there is thermal pad over the GPU. After those processes and you are still having the same problem it is time to test another screen and plan to do something about the graphic chip.

I have tried connecting it to another monitor, a TV precisely and it wasn't flickering, the TV wasn't flickering, just the laptop screen was flickering

Don't be frustrated bro, just try plugging in an external monitor to narrow the problem. Elimination by substitution.

I think the flex is the culprit. It connects the screen to the mobo. Does the flickering stop when you tilt the screen? Try plugging in an external monitor to see if you can also get a clear vision. If no joy, then the gpu is faulty.

Thanks for replying me, really getting frustrated. I love my laptop.. The flickering doesn't stop if you tilt the screen is just flickering, tilting doesn't affect it in anyway. I haven't tried connecting it to an external monitor or TV yet
