ThatFairGuy: Please come off it chief. YOU KNOW NOTHING ABOUT OSUN. LET HIM GO TO OSUN AND SEE HOW PEOPLE WILL STILL BE HAILING AND SLEEPING ON HIS CAR. WHEN HE WAS BLESSED WITH A CHIEFTAINCY TITLE IN OSHOGBO LAST YEAR, THE LOVE IS JUST NATURAL. YOU'LL BE SURPRISED OF WHAT YOU ARE SEEING.
ALL THOSE NONSENSE ARE MERE INTERNET PROPAGANDA O. The reason why I said that is. Only half or 40% like him. These are the reasons. 1. His policies (Opon imo, all federal schools, using the same school uniform) 2. His kind of religious stuff (He made that mistake which he regretted it, by saying Muslims should be wearing hijab in Missionary schools which causes uproar back then) 3. He did well on road, but he didn't compensate them , especially I heard the one he did in Osogbo, probably around market place, he didn't compensate the market women, he just sent them off and expand the roads) Even I as a non indigene, I like him especially for his stable electricity (something we are praying for in Ondo), but my friends in Osun don't like him, and he said a lot of people don't like him too, I ask for reasons, they gave me the above reasons. |

another thing I like about him is that, he do take advice and he do respond to complains. Esp, on twitter whenever we call him out on something.
he'll respond maturely not rudely and he'll explain. |

Blackmann001: ... It's a common place for multiple attempt at WAEC for O'level. Sometimes I wonder if it's because it's too difficult or we were not even brilliant or is it maybe the exam body doesn't mark our scripts properly..?
For me, I wrote WAEC four times as my dad almost disowned me.. I became a born again because I believed it was spiritual. Even when we did at Benin special center, among 6 of us from. Lagos.. Just me didn't make it... Las Las na impersonation help me pass..

Do you need me to introduce Olisa Agbokoba to you? Tell me which government that has not bear the brunt of his fierce criticism. See Ehn, let me give you home work. Go and read about the criticism of Fela Kuti Gani fawehinmi. What they lost, how their life is, and so on Then come back to engage me. |

I understand that your forebear Oduduwa fell from the sky and smashed his skull, is it still a practice in Yoruba land till today to smash the heads of babies on the floor as well.
Why is your point so incoherent. What exactly do you want to know. I don't suffer fools gladly, if you cannot reason logically then bleep off. Three paragraphs and you made no sense. I wonder which kind of education they gave you guys over there |

gwafaeziokwu: Ode! You should rephrase your question to how many Igbos who were not journalists or politicians that were jailed from been outspoken. If Igbo journalist were not jailed who should be imprisoned? The garri seller in Ochanja market?
I know your method of arguement, keep running in circle ,twisting and turning the moment you were caught. I'm not rephrasing my question 1. NTA: Nigerian Government 2. Channels TV: owner from Edo State 3. TVC: owned by Yoruba man 4. AIT: owner from Edo State 5. Silverbird: owner from Bayelsa State 6. Daily Trust: owned by northerners from sokoto State 7. Nigeria Tribune: Owned by a Yoruba group 8. The Punch: Owned by Yoruba man 9. This Day: Owned by an Igbo woman 10. The Sun: Owned by an Igbo group 11. Vanguard: Owner was from Delta State 12. Guardian: Owner from Delta State This day was established in 1995 The sun was established in 2001 Are you telling me there is no igbo journalist in Yoruba media? Pre 1995 Are you telling me there are no igbo politicians pre 1995? Let's assume none of the two above happened. What of 1999 - 2020, how many Igbo guys spoke against the government? Is it only journalist that can speak against the government? Is Fela a journalist? |

gwafaeziokwu: Let me continue to educate you. Below are the six prominent journalists survived Abacha imprisonment.
“Outliving Abacha: Six Journalists’ Prison Stories,” CPJ’s special report on Nigeria, comprises vivid narratives by prominent independent journalists who were imprisoned because of their journalistic work: Kunle Ajibade, Chris Anyanwu, Ben Charles-Obi, George M’bah, Onome Osifo-Whiskey, and Babafemi Ojudu.
Two Yorubas, two Igbos, others likely Delta or Edo So one must be a journalist before been imprisoned? One must be a journalist before being outspoken? Maybe you didn't use your glasses to see my question, lemme bolden it. How many Igbos guys spoke against the government during milliary and civilian regime?
How many Igbo guys were jailed because of their outspokenness? From 1960 - 2020. |
