Based on the experience of a friend, after the chat with the GE, the events listed below might follow:

- You will receive an email that tells you the status of your application. Please note that at this stage, depending on the recommendation of the GE, you could either be recommended for hire, KiV (Keep in View), or rejected.

- To know if you are recommended for hire, the success mail will include information about you being contacted for documentation soon. If you are KiV, the tone would be slightly different. There won’t be a mention of documentation, but you might be informed that you are in consideration for employment, and will be contacted when there is an available space for you (this means you are in the talent pool and might not get called until the department your job role falls under needs you). While the rejection mail will tell you…

- If it is the first success mail, you might likely receive an invite for documentation and medical, which may be followed by another probable chat with the CTO to know when you would like to resume.

- If it is the KiV mail, you might be lucky enough to be called for the same process in item 3 above if there is still a space to be filled after those recommended for hire have been asked to resume (post-documentation). Do not forget that some of the existing employees might also resign during this period, so there might be a need to fill the roles they will be leaving vacant, so, you can’t entirely lose hope if you fall in this category.

The Roof is the flexible one though.

I could see the plight of Nigerian youths for a young President in 2019. They needed the change they desire. At the same time, I see their ambition paving way for Buhari in 2019.

As a youth fully into politics, I also want a young man to be Nigerian President, but to be candid, it might not work for some reasons in Nigeria. I want to highlight some of these reasons:
1. Zoning of Presidency in Nigeria
2. Inexperience of young men in politics
3. Lack of integrity on the part of many Nigerian youths
4. Corruption - Nigerian youths are more corrupt than the elderly ones
5. Insufficient fund for youth to run for presidency

Let me analyze my points briefly:

The Northerners believed they have only spend one term in office as president and they believed anyone that should be next president after Buhari should be a Northerner. So, if they failed to get a credible candidate from the North in 2019, they will be forced to support Buhari. They have other options from the North, majority of them are not youth.

Nigerian youths lack the necessary experience in politics, popularity alone don't win election. Someone like Sowore could have been a good candidate but due to lack of necessary political experience, he might be outshone by the big wigs in politics.

Some of Nigerian youths are not trust-worthy. Most of them has been placed in leadership position, and they failed. Let check how they manage their marriage and home. Most of them are no where to be found.

Today, up 60% of Nigerian youths are involve in the what they call sport betting. More than half of them steal the money they use for these betting, either from parent or friends. Recently, a friend duped me 120k only for him to confessed later he used it for 9jabet. A businessman complained bitterly of how his staff, about 29 years old, stole 900k from his filling station to play Nairabet. I was in GTBank 2 months ago. A woman came to complain of how is account balance has been reducing. Investigation reveals that her account debit were from 9jabet.

For you to run successfully for Presidency, you need enough cash. I mean real money. Can a youth raise such amount required? I doubt that.

With the way Nigerian youth are scattered around following so many candidates, it will pave way for Buhari. Some percentage are following Durotoye, some are following Sowore, etc... we need to gather together and follow one candidate, it is them our votes can be meaningful. If the whole Nigerian youth come together, agreed on one candidate and we support that candidate with #1000 each, I am sure the candidate will be successful.
