I think Eko Atlantic city is better designed than this but this is coming up pretty fast due to government funding it unlike Eko Atlantic city solely developed by private investigators.

Yes most Egyptian cities are greatly funded by the arabian world (mostly Saudi's)and china with little contribution from their govt...I guess it has to do Beith their historical toes, politics and so on.

Eko Atlantic on the other hand is more or like providing basic smart city infastructure them you individually buy ,build and develop..aside the black pearls,Eko energy estate,the marina ekoatlantic doesn't have a specific design on how the city would look like hence why there is no price tag on how much the city will cost unlike centenary city..
