Abuja has good road and rail network,Mombasa doesn’t. Terrible road and zero rail. That Nairobi-Mombasa rail doesn’t count because it’s just means to ferry people and goods between both city not within the city so it’s not performing the main aim of reducing traffic and enhancing commuting.
