Yes it doesn't run up to 120km/hr ..it was built to run as much as that but considering how old it is (not from this century, that I can tell you) coupled with some technical issues, it is stucked at 90km/hr on a good day and 75km/he on a bad day.....

The only day that sgr ran up to 100km./hr was on the day they test run it as far back as 2015/2016

Lagos is not as tiny as nairobi...you can never captured 2/4 % of Lagos skyline in a single pics...it is impossible..
