Eko Atlantic is coming up nicely... U are just being dumb here .. construction started there around 2013 after the land reclamation. Now it has more than 5 towers completed with every road and bridge completed...already operating...
Compared to konza city,Eko Atlantic isn't a white elephant project...

Lagos is big in terms of square meters compared to Nairobi, you have bigger population in Africa,. The number of people living in your city can be equivalent to the entire kenya population and that should say a lot about your city. You're still lagging behind as the giant(population) of Africa when urbanisation and innovation is concerned.

One of the reasons why Lagos economy is so big is because development is spread to many places... Both on the island and mainland... The same can't be said of Nairobi...
