rvp20182: I am talking of multinational making Nairobi their HQ or entry point to Africa instead of Joburg for many reasons. Otherwise even poor Ghana has multinationals.
I believe in about 10yrs Nairobi would have eclipsed Joburg. There is a reason why Nairobi was voted 6th most dynamic city in the world - the only one outside India & Chinese cities growing so fast.
https://i.imgur.com/I3Irb78.jpg Story boy...there is nothing going on in Nairobi apart from GTC which is almost completed, parliament building, cbk bank, the rest are just social housing of about 20,000 max....I follow alot of news on Africa's construction news, infastructures ..so I know when you are telling a lie... Construction has declined by a long margin and analyst have said it would take a long while for nairobi to expect this kind of boom you are envisaging....I can go deep for you , you know.. |

What's your take? If it is coming from their govt then it is true..why should they lie about something like that... It is possible owing the the class of tourist they attracted. |

We already have all major multinational in SA, you want them to make Double headquarters,
Have you heard of a city called Midrand? Do yourself a favor n check it out
Joburg cannot hold all multinationals, that's where cities like Midrand, Centurion, Brakpan etc fills the void Rvp is a joke with is nairobi..he is overhying that digitally enhanced rubbish....the more reason I stick to YouTube to avoid being deluded |

rvp20182: Joburg is going down. Nairobi is already the preferred destination for multinational in Africa. Your xenophobia is not helping. Austin right here is what I having been saying.. typical Kenyan attitude..they want all other african country to crumble whilst they rise ..that obadeeremi video pictures the true nature of the wicked and extremely jealous, callous Kenyan mind....truth be told they hate resource rich countries and they feel they should be the ones at the top of the food chain cos they've suffered for long without resources.. Rvp must be decieving himself to think nairobi will ever have anything comparable to joburg, Capetown, Durban, Pretoria and maybe port Elizabeth |

rvp20182: Compare this - with ACCRA - ONLY A FREAKING madman can do that. Nairobi is clipping & chipping at Joburg - named Africa only most dynamic city - and with most skyscraper under development than any city in Africa.
https://antonytrivet.co.ke/wp-content/uploads/2017/02/Nairobi-Cityscape-1.jpg Rvp enough with the lies..everyone with a working brain knowns that no serious construction is going on in Nairobi maybe aside about 20,000 housing unit in total ....wonder no more why you have no proposed project... investors are wary of your zoo now .all thanks to the Jubilee administration.. |

rvp20182: I know kenya data very intimately. What you're quoting are data from road agencies website that they don't bother updating.
Kenya had about 11K road network in 2014.
And in the last few year - Jubilee gov has doubled the paved road network - adding annually 1,500-2000Kms of paved roads. These albeit are mostly low sealed volume roads.
As of 2018 - Economic survey data shows that growth in the length of roads built slowed to 9.5 per cent compared with 30.6 per cent the previous year, putting the country’s total paved roads at 18,655 kilometres. https://mobile.nation.co.ke/news/1-621km-of-roads-paved-in-2018/1950946-5088982-13vvyv8z/index.html
As of 2019 - You can bet we are past 20,000kms as of now.
This is phase 1 of road annuity programme (10K paved roads ) and next phase 2 & 3 (20K roads) will begin shortly. At this point I must say you deserve an award as the best graduating liar in the year 2019 and 2020(even though we've barely done a week)...it can't be any better... Even I can't defend Nigeria with that much lies.. |

nai-robbery has nothing like better sewage system compare to Ghana. you are only speaking based on flawed opinion . the United nation report the country and the capital city with a high open toilet system that is well above that of Ghana. ..
The city still suffer water and electricity problem ....something that can never happen in the central buisness district of Accra. You forgot to add that the CBD get flooded whenever a pint of rain drop on their CBD soil |

Lets forget the slum next to Nairobi
Nairobi CBD and suburbs are better than that of Accra. Accra has an Authentic African village feel.

Yes compared to South Africa - we are not yet there - but Ghana - or Tanzania or Nigeria - we are better than those. In your imaginations.... rvp20182: Wealth-X has the reputation of who again? AfriAsia at least is a big bank - now wealth-x is a start up with zero credibility. We have credit suise (Big global bank), Knight Frank (global real estate) firm - all saying Kenya is better than Nigeria per capita in number of millionaires and wealth. Afrasaia is a common Mauritius private bank, it is not bigger than any of nigeria top 5 private bank.... I don't know what you mean.. except your knight Frank forgot your real estate sector is now useless and worthless, all thanks to this jubilee administration... Swallow the bitter pills ...nigeria is producing more millionaires now more than ever..more than any african nation.. |
