We live in free liberalized market...such houses cost you 30 dollars a month.. single self contained rooms..and we don't have 6 or 2 year rent demand..one month deposit. So for a guy just out starting life..they go there and start there life with 60 dollars...lots of ladies too..so it's very lively.There not for families...but single folks.Nigeria merge 10 guys pay rent for 1yr which is asinine...I mean 10 guys in 10 by 10 room...a square feet per person.
