Upperhill is fairly new. For your info there are still many plots to be developed there. It's battling to be a CBD just like Westlands,it's not even yet an official CBD! Plus the roads are much better now,these aren't the latest pictures of the place.

Assuming I was jealous - how would my jealousness stop South Africa ascend or decline? I only speak about the facts as I know. South Africa economy is sick (growth rate is now btw 0-2% for the medium term - ESKOM is sick -etc etc)- but it's still 3-4 times bigger than Kenya - I think about 15 yrs - around 2035 - if they don't escape their middle-class trap - Kenya and other countries will catch up with them.
