Angola economy is not a diversified economy . it is largely depend on a single product oil which she has an in larger quantity. and it has a population that is bigger than Ghana( about 1 million or so) Ghana by all indices beat Angola in development despite its huge oil same with Namibia . and sorry Namibia is smaller than Ghana . well it seems they both perform well in GDP per capital than Ghana( and that is the only factor).

Yes there is free education from basic education to senior high school and a loan fercility for undergraduate at university .including free education for post graduate student of medical colledge. simply Google it and confirm what i am saying . don't belive me.
